Great service and staff especially the owner Ms Emma. But the CR and pool needs cleaning. The place was quite and best location for nature seekers. Aircon was working well. Towels and toiletries provided. Everything could have been perfect for the price except a not so clean CR and pool.

Nevertheless, I am truly speechless on their very accommodating, friendly, and super nice staff.. =) We arrived around 4pm last Saturday we are tired coz we just came from manila and traveled almost 3 hours but when the staff greeted us with a SMILE everything faded... The place is quiet, clean and had a very good view at taal. We...

The owner (Ms. Emma) was very accomodating, she even let us use their car for our trip to Lemery (around 2 hours travel time) for a very reasonable price. Food, although there were only few choice, was delicious. The taal trip was a little tiring but the view at the crater was very picturesque. :) All in all we had...

This resort is by the road and the other side is by the lake. We stayed here for one night. The Deluxe Couple Room got a good aircon, small flat screen TV and a king size bed. Maintenance is needed for the bathroom. Should be well prepared for new users because the doormat is inside the bathroom too and it's...

Tita Emma is an excellent host attending to her guest even when we arrived late at night. Our room is just right for my family of 4 (Room 9) with extra coach for my son to sleep. Although, the aircon seems not to cool the room at the start, wa manage to keep the patience until it sets its cooling...

The staff was very accommodating; they assign specific staff to personally attend your needs. Couples' room was clean and complete in its amenities. The view near the Taal Lake was spot-on for capturing the sunrise and spectating the sunset. The pool is also clean; you can really enjoy your stay in this establishment.

I went with my now fiancée and 3 friends, 2 of which are now engaged as well. Location: The location is amazing! The view, the trees, the lake and I loved being away from the big city. Service: The food was delicious, the staff was friendly. The ride out to Taal Volcano was affordable and was awesome. The Dining area...

Stayed last night here with my GF. Purpose of visit was to goto Taal Volcano. We arrived very late at night and we had no booking. The guard called someone who was sleeping i guess to attend to us. He was extremely welcoming and hospitable. Showed us around the place to our room. Gave us towels and arranged our next...
