although parking was limited, we're still able to secure a spot. the receptionist was almost asleep when we entered the small lobby. we didn't bring a lot of suitcases to carry, still, nobody offered to assist us to our room, which, by the way, was spacious and very neat. reasonably priced, our overnight stay was relaxing and peaceful. an electric fan added to the cool ventilation. breakfast was brought to our room upon request with an additional 100 pesos for service fee. we ate our meal in the balcony equipped with a small table & two chairs, overlooking quirino hill. you'll get your money's worth in this place.

My fiance and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we were very satisfied. The room was clean and spacious. There was a terrace with a table and chairs which is overlooking the mountains of Baguio, and at night it was just beautiful. The bathroom is clean, with a well-working hot shower. Breakfast was just lovely, with a variety of choices. I especially loved the French Toast Breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back when we visit Baguio again!

Our 3rd time to stay at manhattan suites, this is really our second home.the staff are very friendly and accomodating, the owner was very friendly,greeting all the guests every morning during breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. And important to me is the breakfast, you have choices and will not disappoint you.so, whenever we go to baguio, surely, manhattan suites is a place to be😊

This hotel went over and beyond my expectations. The facade is very elegant, furnitures at the lobby give you a classic Filipino feel, the restaurant gives you a spectacular view and the computer room is readily available should you need to use one. The hotel gives off a cozy feeling--a home away from home. It made me feel that I'm living in a huge house so it's just about right to say that it's like a dream come true. Room - We were privileged to have stayed in the Penthouse. It is so spacious, beautiful and clean. It has all the essentials you will need either for short or long-stay. It also gives you a spectacular view of the city. It has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow sunlight to come in. But these are also equipped with blinds should you prefer a private setup. Food - They offer quite a wide variety of menu for breakfast. Every item is a good choice. One of the owner's suggestion was the Vigan longganisa. I didn't regret following it! He also suggested that we try their sisig which is what we ordered for dinner through Room Service. And it, by far, is the best sisig that I have tasted. My mom, who is a health-buff and not a fan of pork, indulged and set aside her diet after tasting it! Service - IMPECCABLE! This is the first and only hotel where I witnessed the owner himself serve the guests--gets their orders, serves their food & drinks and then really get to know each of them. I was surprised that when we were about to go out, the Front Desk staff handed us a list of places and restaurants that we could visit which was personally handwritten by the owner. He also was too kind to give us a tour on our second and third days. Being a hotelier for 7 years, i have learned a lot from Mr. FD. We stayed last Dec.24 - 26, 2018. Everything is great about this hotel, the spacious and clean rooms, the delicious breakfast, the friendly staffs and the accommodating owner. They made sure that our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one. We liked the balcony where one can have a cup of coffee (provided by the hotel). We are surely to make a booking again upon our return to Baguio.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had a really big and spacious room with a balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was really friendly. Unfortunately my partner enjoyed a lie in on both mornings so i never got to try their breakfast, but the other food was nice that we had as we ordered room service on both nights, we enjoyed most of the food we ordered particularly the Lechon, however we didn't like the bones in the curry. One downside was the location, when we booked it we thought it was a quick and short walk down to Burnham Park, however its not, you need to order taxis to get to and from the places you visit.

Building is quiet new 8 yrs old. Owner Fernando on the premises most of the time - very nice fellow, always available for a chat.Rooms are really large with hot water, tea + coffee making facilities.Clean & tidy. One issue was no plug in the wash basin making it difficult to shave properly.Sleep quality would have been perfect but for one issue & thats incessant barking dogs throughout the night from nearby properties.Nothing much the hotel can do about this - without this issue our stay would have been perfect.Staff very helpful & polite - good breakfast.

We rented the penthouse for a month. Great view. Off the street parking. Take advantage of the kitchen! Good food at a cheap price. I recommend Manhattan Suites for your event. They have a room to host 50 people. A computer room and karaoke. Surprisingly nice owner too

What I liked from my stay: spacious room, clean, well maintained everywhere, speedy check in & out, comfy bed and cover. What I didn't like (but no deal breakers): street going to hotel all the way to building quite narrow, not walk friendly to points of interest, room smelled a little stuffy, view of urban blight. Bottom line: a decent place to stay for solo or couple travelers

Pros: room size is big bath room size is big Service is excellent (Everyone is helpful and friendly) Yummy breakfast Cons: If your neighboring rooms are above average noisy, you might faintly hear them Overall, I would highly recommend this place for the price and quality ratio. You pay the usual 3 star hotel price but you get 5 star service. The owner is very hands on in the operations of the hotel. Most of the time he is even helping out in the breakfast service and makes sure that all his guests are happy. Location is good (only 1 km away from Burnham park). Main road (where you can easily hail a taxi or ride a Jeep) is only 200 meters away.
