Buffet breakfast used to be good but this time we are forced to have it at the 2nd floor of the hotel because their restaurant was full. Service is a bit lacking. No aircon for all the rooms. Location is near session road. Room is big but average. This is a budget hotel in all aspect.

We stayed three (3) nights in this hotel last Dec. 30, 2016 to January 1, 2017. Employees are courteous. Breakfast buffet is different each day. Room is clean. Parking space for guests is a plus point.

I cannot speak for or give a review for the rooms per se. However, the staff at the cafe area doesn't give a cent for customer service: they just watched us stand there and wait for a table to be vacated. A small table was available, however, dishes were still there and we're not sure if it was taken or...

This is our third stay at this hotel. So far, my wife and I are both satisfied with our stay. Hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious. The bed is firm (our preference). Bathroom and room are clean. We did not experience any rude staff. Housekeeping and the staff at their hotel were helpful...

CHECK-IN: My husband and I stayed at Citylight Hotel for 2 nights. We arrived earlier than the check-in time so we asked the front desk staff if we could check-in earlier. Understandably, they didn't allow us since the room that was assigned to us is still occupied. This is okay with us. What disappointed us is upon checking in, we...

Location is very accessible from Session Road. The hotel has huge rooms, and spacious T&B. Non-air conditioned rooms are okay since the rooms have big windows which you can open for fresh air and a good view (depending on your room location). There's a great deal of food selection too for the breakfast buffet.

The Worst Hotel Bed that I have been in Baguio. They gave a room with a box bed with very thin mattress pad with a half way bed sheet with ink stain or something stain and no duvet. Baguio is very cold specially December and there is no warm blank. We had back aches and no enough sleep, the next...
