I reserved for a room 2 weeks in advance. When we get there the staff told the Supervisor that our room is 416 or 406 which I don't remember exactly. The Supervisor then repeated the number as if he's asking "are you sure it's 406 or 416", sort of. I felt something is a little fishy with the room so...

Hotel staff are attentive and accommodating. This hotel is not cheap on its pricing but their rooms are looking like an ordinary hotel room pretty much what you expect on a 2 star hotel. The bedding are thin so are the pillows and there is nothing special on their food. Not worth their asking price.

Ok, so this was booked last minute due to the messed up booking at another hotel. We ended up paying 4k+ (for 3 pax + breakfast) via agoda which was pretty expensive, so I expected a lot for what we paid for. Unfortunately, sometimes you don't get what you pay for. To be fair, the room was pretty stocked. There...

We stayed here for 2 nights, my hubby, I and our 2 kids both below 7. I think the room I booked online should come with 2 beds but the one given to us upon check in is just a queen bed. That is fine. However, all my expectations of a Eurotel Hotel (I thought since they claim to be...

We traveled to Baguio for the nth time last January 14-15, 2017. The usual hotel we stay in was fully booked so my daughter opted for Eurotel. The lobby says it all - old and dark. The way to our room was a maze. We followed the arrow only to end up where we started! The room was not that...

This is the third time I am staying at a Eurotel property and for some odd reason there is always something missing. Upon entering the property you will immediately notice how clean the lobby is. The staff is extremely friendly and "TRY" to be helpful until you really need help. My first night, arriving after midnight. I was offered a...

We checked in last December 23 to 25, 2016. The room we stayed in was seemingly of old style unlike in some branches we stayed in before like Naga and Makati. The staff were friendly and helpful -- offering to carry our luggages and stuff especially on days when we went out for sightseeing. Although of old style, the room...

We arrived Baguio like 5 hours earlier, unprepared so we checked in here for a short stay of 6 hours(P1,3k) until the sun comes up. The only room that was available was their family room which was way too big for us (2 adults and a kid) we took it anyway. My son didn't like the smell, no windows on...
