Poor customer service! Arrogant reception! It's like u owe them something, Dirty rooms - beware of used drinking glasses, smelly comforter, clogged toilets and water is such an scarce. Weak WiFi not all rooms even have WiFi. Get ready for your mosquito lotion too. I've tried both branches in session road and Leonard wood. And I've no plans going back...

Paid 1100 Pesos for the standard room, tv was ok, wifi was ok, no air conditioning just a fan, but as Baguio city is nice and cool was ok. Nice enourmous windows so you get a good view. Downside was that the water pressure in the shower was only average, but adequate for a hot shower also walls are a...

We stayed in this hotel twice thinking that everything will get better on my 2nd time. The location is very good which I loved the most. The rooms were clean and spacious. This is great if you're a person who doesn't mind a poor service. I find this place "sayang" coz they do not know how to take care of...

The room is good, malinis as well as the bathroom. Hindi nga lang soundproof, we can hear someone na nakikipag away sa phone around 2AM. Free breakfast sya for 2 persons which good and hindi masyadong mahal.

We arrive at the hotel without any reservations for my birthday last march 18-21,2016. As per the front desk their room rates varries to peak and off peak seasons. We have ours for Off peak season. For only 1,365 per night not bad at all for a family room. They offer room service everyday. There is a breakfast included but...

Its location is convenient since you could walk from the hotel to Session Road or SM Baguio or even Leonard Wood. Rooms are okay, not cramped, but can be considered quite spacious. CR is quite alright too, with hot and cold water, pail and "tabo" also present. However, the service is not commendable. The front desk personnel asked someone to...

We stayed there for 1 night last April, during the holy week. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is surprisingly clean! :) There is no AC since it's i Baguio City the weather is quiet cool all day long and cold at night. But the thing that I don't like is I can hear the footsteps of people...

The room is basic with free breakfast, no aircon which is not needed since it is Baguio. What is good with this hotel is its location: it is near SM Baguio, 50's Dinner,Happy Tummy , walking distance 2600 restopub andto Victory Liner Terminal

I did not make reservations before going to Baguio last April, since it was a last-minute decision to travel. Good thing, Hotel 45 was able to accommodate me. The room I had was super basic, but it had everything I needed that time. It had its own bathroom but it was outside the room. It was okay, though. The room...

Second time to stay here. The hotel is kinda old but is definitely worth every money you pay for. Would love to stay here again. The breakfast they're serving is cheap but delicious. Staff is very welcoming.
