One of the best surprises during our honeymoon tour through Peru. It is a small paradise floating on the titikaka lake. Great accommodation to spend a relaxing stay in contact with nature in a eco-friendly and sostainable outstanding hotel. It is worth visiting and staying minimum a couple of days. Owner Ms. Martha is a loveable and friendly host who...

Spent 1 night at this magical island retreat as part of Peregrines Peru Independent Journey, what an absolutely serene place to end our trip. Location is amazing, hotel is eco friendly, rooms are generous in size and extremely well appointed. Staff are delightful, courteous and ready to help. Walking trails abound with bird life flitting amongst the blooms and branches...

"Mi casa es su casa". Visiting Suasi Isla Hotel feels like home. That is if you have the privilege of living in a unique rustic property at the top of the world on a private island in Lake Titicaca. Surrounded by colourful terraced gardens, the hotel has a Mediterranean feel with glorious views of blue waters and spectacular skies. The...

Wonderful, unique lodge on a private, remote island, run by the owner, the builder's wife. A one of a kind experience in Peru. Well worth the extra money you may be spending. This island on Lake Titicaca has vast views and is a boat ride away from Puno--and a whole different world. Five star accommodations, food and service. Tranquil and...

Stayed two nights at this beautiful, secluded hotel. Although it was very remote and a long 2+ hour journey from Juliaca, our two night stay there turned out to be one of the highlights of our Peru trip. The entire staff was so attentive and genuinely friendly during our entire stay, especially Luis and Mary. Delicious food, romantic setting! The...

Absolutely incredible. Great hotel. Great staff. Great food. But it's the views that will take your breath away (of the Lake and vicuñas!). If you're looking for peace, quiet and beauty I can't recommend this place highly enough. Booked through PeruNorth - they're equally impressive.

Charming hotel on an island paradise. It was a perfect place to stay for a few days. The rooms are comfortable and they each have a stove for a fire. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the stunning view of the lake. My husband and friend kayaked around the island in the afternoon and then they took us...

An amazing island paradise; a charming hotel with loads of character together with outstanding garden views of the stunning Lake Titicaca. Friendly and professional service by all staff. We had a wonderful room overlooking the lake which added to the whole experience. Watching a glorious sunset while enjoying a couple of Pisco's...does it get any better?

Very nice hotel with the charm of an hacienda and a fantastic view on the lake. Rooms are large and heated up by a wood fire. We tried the massages as well and they were great. They have wifi only very recently but you do not go to this kind of places to stay connected. Food was fine with a...

Arriving on Suasi, I was pleased by the service of the staff and the charming alpacas and vicuñas that live on the island. The room was spacious, comfortable and full of natural light, which really fit my taste. I was well attended by the staff who were very accommodating. I really enjoyed the fresh and flavorful food. I recommend the...
