I found this to be a very well run and maintained hostel. Our room was nice and clean and had a few surprise touches that are normally missing from hostels such as reading lights on either side of the bed. It took a while for our fourth floor room to get hot water but eventually we had nice hot showers....

Buses from Cuzco usually arrive at 4:30 - which is why you can check in as early as 5:00 AM! Breakfest was vegan freindly with avocado and fruits (and it´s free the day you arrive as well). The staff were nice and helpful.

I booked this hotel few weeks in advance for a group of 6. Hours before the arrival they called me telling me that they needed to send me to another hotel because they had not "hot water". It was hard to find another hotel last minute so out of desperation I told them I would take the rooms with cold...

I stayed here recently for just one night with my husband whilst we were sight seeing in Puno. I was originally a little skeptical as my husband picked the hotel and he doesnt have the best track record for choosing nice hotels. But I was generally very pleased with this place, it wasn't expensive, so it was quite basic, but...

This is place is really cute and great for it's price. I enjoyed my time there and would absolutely use them again! Pros: free coffee and tea, breakfast is included (continental), reliable wifi in the lobby with couches and tables to use, friendly and feels safe Cons: it's cold. They include lots of blankets, but it still felt cold in...

This hostel was overall very pleasant. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. The breakfast was included and very nice. The location is fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only negatives were; - the kitchen isn't all that well stocked and it was a bit of a challenge to cook our simple pasta dinner -...

Having heard only bad things about Puno and its hotels, we arrived a little bit suspicious. Nonsense. The hotel is owned by two young brothers and it seems they're doing a very good job. It's not a luxurious place, but it's quite comfortable and clean. It's well situated and surrounded by restaurants. The guys running the place are amazingly helpful...

As hostels go and value, location is perfect! Included breakfast, Internet was right outside the room and large screen TV to watch movies DVD’s Bed linins were freshly clean every time someone left, beds were cleaned up and ready for the next person. I was warm enough at night with heavy blankets. When I landed I had difficulty breathing and...

The hostel seemed very disorganised on our visit. They booked in too many people in the dorm we were staying. We had reserved the nights in advance and had even slept there already one night. The staff came up to check but didn't seem to care too much and were asking one of us to move to another dorm as...
