Staff is very nice and helpful. We could store our luggage there for some hours before be went to the uros island for one night. We were the only guests and they really cared about us. Definity would go there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights for a total of 51 USD incl. breakfast, booked through booking.com. Arriving after a 7hr bus ride from La Paz our first impression was very positive: Both outside and lobby looked real fine, more like a hotel than a hostel. Taxi ride from the terminal was 6 Sol, btw. Unfortunately, things went... More

I stayed here two nights. My room was clean and I had my own bathroom. Although it took a while, there was plenty of hot water in the shower. As in many hotels, even more expensive ones, Wifi access is outside your room. On the other hand, Arlet, the receptionist, couldn't have been more helpful. I tried to buy water... More

We were picked up for free at the bus station by super friendly Raúl. The hotel is in an excellent location in a side street just off the main plaza. They arranged our tour to the Uros islands and were helpful in moving it back a day when my boyfriend was sick. They booked our bus tickets to Copacabana and... More

Stayed in a double room for two nights, very high quality room with clean, spacious private bathroom. Well located, only two blocks from the main Plaza de Armas. The hosts are friendly and happy to help with any tour bookings and transport around the city. I would highly recommend this hostel, a genuinely delightful place to stay!

Staff (and the owner) of this hostal are just perfect. Pick ups from bus station and airport worked perfectly. Whatever kind of advice you need of Puno, Lake Titicaca or trips to Bolivia, ask them! Highly recommend :)

We stayed there two nights, one before going on our 2D/1N titicaca islands tour, one after. Though wifi was quite poor in bedrooms far from the routers, we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was basic but filling, it's quite close to the Plaza de Armas, the owners are really friendly and we had some of the best showers we'd had... More

So this owner is SUPER nice. Anything you need he can help with. Rooms are clean...little cold in October but lots of blankets. Free breakfast in the morning, hot shower, clean beds. Halls are a little loud, maybe if the halls had rugs it would be better. We booked a overnight tour for 90 and we had looked into them before... More

We stayed in this hotel a week ago when we arrived from Arequipa. The hotel is very well situated 5 minutes by foot from the main square, the rooms are spacious with plenty of blankets, very clean sheets, real hot water and good breakfast. We were also able to leave our luggage in our room while going to the islands. They... More
