Great hotel. As stated by others a 10 minute walk to centre of town. Plenty of hot water, blankets and a heater in room. Breakfast included. Owners extremely helpful and obliging. Good value.

We felt very much at home here. The innkeepers, Miriam and Alberto, were incredibly helpful in all aspects of our visit to Puno and Lago Titicaca. The breakfast room was like sitting in your grandmother's dining room. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The main square is about a 10 minute walk , but very doable.

The Totorani is 7 minutes walk from the centre. If it is too cold, or just you don't want to walk, you can easily find a taxi just outside the hotel (it is only 1 USD to the center). The rooms are large and very clean, with hot water, that won't finish even if you like taking long, very hot...

Hopefully this review will get Totorani Inn to No. 1 position in TA as based on our experience it certainly deserves to be there. The Inn is run by Alberto and his sister (Amelia we thought, although someone in another review has called her Miriam. Whatever her name, she is delightful!). We stayed three nights. We travelled to Puno from...

Honestly, it was difficult to plan accommodations for Puno because most places only had a few reviews. Some of the places with good reviews wouldn't reply to emails or were outside of our budget. I went with Totorani because it had 5 consistent good reviews through Tripadvisor. My husband and I had a great experience. Totorani is family owned and...

I have been in that hotel after reading the reviews in tripadvisor. I have to say it was the best choice. It is cheep 35$,very clean, 8 min walk from the central plaza. The most important the staff (especially Alberto ) is the friendlier staff i have ever met. Alberto was waiting for us at the bus station to escort us...

This hotel was tremendous value for money, the owners couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged trips, suggested restaurants, and even went so far as to provide us with a sun umbrella when one day we decided to have a picnic lunch at the restaurant. Great to have free Internet connection. Breakfast was fabulous. Always had hot water!!! Would happily...

Great basic hotel for a great price. Service was absolutely fantastic. Short walk to the main pedestrian street. Ask for a room in the back as street noise starts early.

I found Totorani Inn here on TripAdvisor, and I am delighted I did. It was such a comfortable place to stay. I had reserved a room in advance, but due to protests that shut down the road from Cusco, I had to rearrange my travel plans and get a plane flight instead. Alberto was great and arranged pick up from...

After doing the Inca Trail we were quite tired and thanks to Alberto (the owner of the hotel) we could just relax in Puno as he organized everything for us, he bought us tickest when necessary and rent a van for all of us (we were 9). He organized our trip to the islands in Peru and in Bolvia and...
