Found this place by walking in off the street got a private double ensuite for a great price. Stayed here for 3 nights with no complaints. Rooms were not warm but the showers were great. Family owners were very nice and showed genuine concern when we had to call a doctor out. Breakfast was very good and served in the...

We liked this hostel, the owner is very hospitable and speaks good English. The room was very cold so be prepared to rug up, but the shower had hot water and good water pressure. The room and bathroom were very clean, and they changed our towels every day. They can organise tours from here with pickup and dropoff at the...

Los Pinos Inn isn't located exactly in the center of Puno but really it is not a big deal. I would say that this hostel is a bit strange - a bit dark and definetely there is some issue with heating (I saw many people were mentionning it in their comments). But the hotel staff is very, very nice. The...

Warm welcome soon turned very cold like the room.. Breakfast was a joke.. Bread roll with jam & coffee.. Thomas, the manager looked at us like we were nuts when we asked if there was anything to follow. He huffed when we asked for some eggs maybe..then charged us for two tiny plates (1 egg each) ten minutes later. I've...

I took this place from a travel book and the facilities it said were there, were not there. It was located in a good place not far from the center of town, but miles from all the attractions and the bus station. Breakfast was extra, there was WiFi, but everybody was huddled over their laptops in the small foyer. It...

Rooms in this hotel are freezing, it is colder inside than outside during the day and at night it is really cold. Rooms are clean. We were not impressed by their service, it seemed we were just other tourists coming to their hotel. Hotel is quite dark. There is a TV and games in the common area downstairs but it...

We arrived in Puno at 5:30am with some friends who weren't staying there overnight but wanted to spend the morning there. We turned up at Los Pinos at about 6am, with no reservation, and were relieved to find that they had a room! The level of service we received was incredible. They really went above and beyond what was necessary....

Propietor Tany Silva and her staff made us feel so special and cared-for and went out of their way to meet our needs and to assist us. For example, Tany arranged a driver to take us to Cumbe Mayo. She even called three different places to find the best price and to be sure that we had a taxi with...

Value for money(12 euros a night for 2 people), comfy beds and pillows, hot showers, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and 1 day floating island tour we booked through them would recommend. Only forseeable fault is if you visited in winter it would be very cold as no heating in room

The location is a little difficult to find at first, but if you are going to the hotel directly from Airport and take a Colectivos, which is a small bus, just tell the drive the hotel name and he will take you there without any problem. The room has its own bathroom and you can have warm water running, though...
