First let me say from what I heard from a travel blogger this was a beautiful lodge/hotel compared to what was around the area. And it was beautiful, tranquil and such a serene place to be I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay. What seemed odd to me what the variance in attention to the guests. Upon arrival we were...

Beautiful lodge in a fantastic location. Great food. Lots of tours included with very knowledgeable guides.....don't bother booking a personal tour. A great place to relax and enjoy a unique experience. Take mozzie repellent!

We spent 3 days at this fabulous facility. Jesus, our guide, was incredible. The Eco lodge accommodations were wonderful. The restaurant service was slow but then again why rush while in the Amazon. The tours were informative and enjoyable. The canopy walk......well when you are 100 feet in the tree tops all is good. Highly recommended.

Our Tour agent booked us at the Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica, which is a hour's ride on the river from Puerto Maldonado, Peru. We found it to be an amazing experience - one of the best in any region of the world. Well informed guides took us on tours every day to learn more of the eco system and habitats of...

We stayed here for 3 nights on a tour of Peru in early September '16.. Lovely accommodation in a generously sized lodge set amongst beautiful grounds. There's a good choice of trips and the food is wonderful. There was a fantastic Vegetarian choice. Because the transfer to this lodge is by boat, there is a 10kg limit per person. Excess...

This lodge is an Authentic Nature Destination. Everything from arriving by boat, to walking the jungle floor was wonderful. The main lodge is spacious and comfortable, including a bar, and comfortable sofas to lounge on. The cabanas are rustic, in their "jungle" style with mosquito netting and hammocks for afternoon siestas. Try to schedule an excursion in the afternoon between...

This was such a fulfilling stay - being able to recall memories of living and sleeping the Amazon rainforest is such a special thing! Firstly, we were welcomed at the airport by the Inkaterra staff before being whisked off on the bus to the port; we then had a great boat ride to the accommodation. The member of staff had...

This is not a luxury hotel but you definitely don't rough it . The lodges have everything you could wish for and very cosy. The excursions were all fabulous and guides brilliant especially Paulo. The restaurant and bar area were great and the food perfect, something for everyone.

The lodges have an authentic feel of sleeping in the jungle. The organised tours are excellent and the guides are superb. The wildlife is varied, the giant otters a must see. 3 days suited out purposes very well.

The only way you will be disappointed is you are expecting something the resort isn't. This is not a luxury hotel, it is more like a glamping experience. There is no AC, no pool, and some periods without electricity ( late afternoon and during the night). You have your own screened and thatched cabana that includes a sitting area, king...
