Great location just a few minutes walk from the central square. Nice clean room and plenty of hot water in the shower. A fan in the room helps in the hot weather. The staff have been exta helpful, offering to arrange tours, ordering taxis for airport connections and helping with online check-in. They cannot do enough to please. Top service.

Spent two nights at the Hotel Embajador in September. The staff were super friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags while we went to Chachapoyas for a couple of days. They also gave us a room for half price on the morning we arrived back to Chiclayo before taking a bus on to Trujillo in the afternoon. The...

I will start by saying I am giving this hotel a 5 because of the staff and the owners. The rooms are simple and bright and re kept beautifully clean. The breakfast is simple but filling consisting of coffee and either American (eggs and ham) or rolls served with either option are freshly baked in one of the nearby shops....

The two staff at the front (a woman and a man) were superb. Good English, really helpful. Arranged a good tour through them, they found bus connections for our onward journey and were attentive to our requirements. We did need to leave a day early due to bus times and they did not offer a refund which was understandable and...

We are staying in Chiclayo for three days on a stopover to Southern Peru. While not enamoured with the city itself, our hotel has been really pleasant to stay in. The breakfast (included) is tasty and substantial and our room is very clean and spacious. Most notably though, the staff are enormously helpful. They have helped us find things to...

A pleasant and centrally located hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are clean and bright but on the smaller side. Includes a basic breakfast with some optionality; ask for your preferences (i.e. fruit) as they are very accommodating. Keep your window closed as a sound barrier, it can be noisy.
