Probably new renovated because looks imaculate. Everything works. It's owned and operated by Asians, this probably explains why they keep high standards. Bedroom and Washroom are in pristine conditions and new, from AC units to door handles. I also liked that fact that each washroom has its own water boiler, small but efficient, no need to rely on the whole hotel demand and consumption. New windows as well, that actually open for people in need of fresh air.
Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant, the whole family is involved in pane or more sectors.
I only gave a 4 star due to the fact the the breakfast could have been more consistent. It's lacking substance. 2 eggs with a miniature sausage. And the charge of an extra egg or sausage its $1.50. The sausage was very tiny. Considering the price of the night at least the sausage could have been bigger or normal. Pictures attached.
Otherwise all is good. Didn't have diner in the restaurant, I went next door to a place called Antojitos, reviewd separately, good food, normal portions.

It was one night, but it was enough to realize that the hotel has the facilities (they are pet friendly) that one requires, they have WIFI, cable TV. It does not include breakfast, however it does have a restaurant and the prices are affordable. In general I recommend it if you go with pets (it has an additional price).

The hotel was a bit basic, but high quality and a good price. It’s located near several restaurants, bars, stores, car rental places, etc. The room and bathroom were nice. The housekeeping tidied up every day. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff was very friendly.

We booked this hotel based purely on reviews and rate. Although we booked for 2 nights, I wanted to check out immediately but it was late in the evening and my travelling companion suggested we stay for at least one night. It was very clean but the bed was too soft, no telephone in the room. The bathroom was functional but cramped. The cupboard was not built in but looked as though it was added as an afterthought. Worse was the breakfast room, which looked more like a school canteen, with wash basin in the corner and cleaning stuff in open view. We just closed our suitcases and left after a very basic breakfast.

We had an amazing stay for several nights. The room we had was very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. It was also convenient that there are several restaurants close and a supermarket right there as well. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again there!

Very good mattresses and pillows. Excellent cleanliness and service. A lovely stay: comfortable rooms, I recommend it. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a central location perfect for exploring the city. I will definitely return on my next trip.

I only stayed here for one night. The room is ok. It's pretty clean with a good amount of space. My stay was ok, but there was a bit of noise from the neighbours at the back of the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel, feels a little odd. At no point did I feel in any danger. But then in the next breath it didn't feel overly inviting or welcoming. Breakfast was ok, but i could have eaten a lot more. There didn't seem to be much options available

Room is very new, comfortable, and clean. Hosts are very friendly. Plenty of on site parking. Shower is great, plenty of water pressure and each room has their own hot water heater. (Under the bathroom sink). So no worries about taking a shower after other guests have used up the hotels supply. Room also has a mini fridge. Calle F Sur is a busy street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I am going back again in two weeks for another visit.

We typically visit David just for a night or two on business, so we were glad to find this competitively priced hotel. You can sense the owners care about hospitality and the front desk team was courteous and professional. Very clean, good internet, tv and air conditioning. Street out front has many restaurant, coffee shop, fast food options. Not a luxurious stay, but for our needs it was just fine.
