We stayed in one of the cabins and were told at check-in that breakfast was included so went the two mornings to the " restaurant" at end of dock. This morning as we were getting ready to leave the cook from the restaurant stood behind the irate house cleaner telling us we owed money. I tried to explain, we ended...

We spent 3 nights at El Faro Del Colibri. Our bungalow was clean and quaint. The bed was comfortable and the deck off the front had an unbelievable view. We sat outside in the chairs every night. There is a light that shines down into the water. We seen all kinds of fish and several sting rays. The only thing...

We recently spent 3 nights in one of the small cabins, and liked it very much. The cabins are small and cozy, perfect for our needs. I loved the fact that we slept right above the ocean for an appropriate price ! sometimes it could get noisy from the passing water taxis, but it did not disturb me!!! You make...

A modern and well maintained property; polite and cheerful staff; very good restaurant and owner very helpful and on site. On top of this a fantastic location. Enjoy the "remoteness" of Carenero but Bocas town is a 5 minute boast ride away. A shelf or two in the closet for clothes and hook in the bathroom for clothes. Minor comments...

The hotel is situated in 1 minute (and 1$) on boat taxi from Bocas town, on Isla Carenero that is more quiet than Isla Colon, but still close to civilization. The island is very beautiful, with some nice small beaches few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is very nice, comfortable, small and quiet, with only 6 "rooms". The...

This hotel is located on Carenero Island, so it will cost you dollar per person per ride to Bocas. It is not necessary to ride to Bocas, plan your visit before hand. Island offers couple of restaurants and super market. We arrived here and staff welcomed us warmly. When we checked-in, additional credit card fee was charged, which is ok,...

Nice place to stay. The cabanas or whatever you like to call them are right on the water. They are clean and air conditioned. The hotel staff are nice and take care of any issues promptly. I had a few issues that were minor and fixed expediently. There is a lot of water taxis that pass by all day and...

We spent two nights in Cabin #2, and the hotel location and room/cabin is beautiful but I cannot give it an "excellent review" due to the negative customer service experience. Our shower was badly clogged, we mentioned this right away to staff who informed management. However, nothing was done to fix the problem and the shower remained clogged. We mentioned...

We stayed one night and had a great experience. Nice clean room. Great breakfast. We would for sure stay here again. We stayed in the light house. Amazing view of the bocas. Catching a water taxi is super easy. Great food right down the beach. A very unique experience.
