Just stayed here a week ago. The individual casitas are very nice and newish. Its about an 8 minute walk to the main road. We rented casita #2 and they put us in casita #3. I assume they are identical and didn't think anything of it. The only issue we had was lack of hot water. We had warm water that would sometimes devolve to cool water for our showers. I did notify them and they suggested turning on the water slower (did not help). The second day it happened, they took there time responding and then suggested either moving us to another casita or allowing us to take showers at another casita, but it was too late, we had already showered and were leaving in the morning. The only negative here was their response (lack of?) to the hot water issue. I'm told they are all supplied by the same system and that there was hot water in one of the other casitas. I still give them 5 stars, but their customer service/response could be improved.
