We stayed two nights at TreeTrek and participated in three different tours. The nightly stay includes breakfast in the morning out on the patio over looking town. The room did not have a coffee maker inside which is disappointing. The zip line and rum tasting tours were great, everyone involved was friendly, spoke good English, and make sure everyone had a good time. The hanging bridges tour guide did a great job, however the pathway and handrails could use some repairs. Some of the handrails were not attached and numerous steps were over 12” high and very uneven.

Five of us went to the Tree Trek restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We all had delicious steaks with various sauces that everybody enjoyed thoroughly. The piña coladas were the best I have had in Boquete. The high setting is really beautiful watching the clouds move across the beautiful green mountains. We would have liked to have sit outside on the lovely patio for dinner (which was an option) but we were not dressed warmly enough, so be aware that you are above 5000 feet and you may want to have a light jacket or sweater with you if you want to sit outside or even inside. A special shout out goes to our excellent server Neyra, who could not have been any nicer or better at her job. We really enjoyed having her take good care of us! We definitely recommend this place for a delicious lunch or dinner and are looking forward to trying other meals there and exploring the other opportunities that Tree Trek offers with zip lining and hiking and lodging.

We stayed at the tree trek resort in January. We rented Domo 2 and geisha cabin.
Check in went great. Had been using WhatsApp to discuss arrival Time and they were ready for our latte check in. Gave us all our info and we headed to our cabins.
The Domo view was awesome! If you’re a confident driver there is no issue driving up and parking at the Domo. But 3 parking lots to choose from, lots of parking if you want to walk. The Domo was spotless clean and a great view! The cross breeze was great and amenities in the room(coffee and tea) were delicious. The hot water was a pain, really hot or really cold, we never did get enough time to figure it out. But pressure was good.
We did zip lining, Superman and hanging bridge tours. Ingrid on the hanging bridge was awesome! Could walk around all day with her, great experience and so much knowledge!
Dinner and breakfast was good food. Don’t wait until you’re starving because you are on mountain time and limited servers.
Check out was smooth and all charges were correct. We hope to get to stay again one day.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. Very poor reception on arrival. Then we are given a room in the parking lot: it's horrible, the rooms smell bad and what's more we get all the exhaust fumes from the cars parked almost in front of the door. In the evening at bedtime the delivery trucks leave the engine running and the gases in the room asphyxiate us Little storage in the room, small bed and very very hard mattress The hotel is very far from Boquete and the rare shuttles stop very early. Nothing to do in the evening it's boring The activities also stop very early and upon arrival they say that the meeting point is at reception, which is false and caused us to miss an activity. It shouldn't be difficult to find better

We were the first to do the ZIP line tour in the morning. Good decision, there were only four of us plus three guides. Great fun on 13 lines back and forth across the gorge in the rainforest. The guys were super cool, super friendly and funny! Take a rain jacket with you, cloud forest at 1800 meters altitude can be unusually cold and damp. Absolutely recommend the ZIP line tour!!

Located in beautiful terrain with a friendly and fun zipline tour that was disappointing on the hotel side of things. Front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful. There was no assistance with dragging our luggage up the rocky sloped road to the room. The running water was cold and it took nearly an hour to convince staff to trouble shoot the problem and get the water heater working. There are no heaters or fans, which is probably fine for many months of the year, but it was quite chilly, windy, and rainy during our stay, making it somewhat uncomfortable. Minimalistic room amenities. Food wasn't tertible. The Tour times are not listed correctly on the site and last tour of the day is 13:30. It is potentially a beautiful day trip though.

Husband and I had a very delicious lunch today at the Boquete Tree Trek - Rio Cristal Restaurant. It was our first visit, and we were impressed with their classy casual ambience, excellent bilingual customer service; and, their delicious lunch. I had the trout w/mashed potatoes, and my husband had the tomato cream soup and the chef salad. We started with an appetizer of wings. A malbec wine added to our relaxed moment watching the beautiful mountain scenery, and the tree trekers...very entertaining! A coffee flan was just perfect to end our Valentine date. We will be back. Highly recommend this restaurant...now on our favorite list in the area of Boquete!

The hotel is set in an excellent area if you have a car you are stuck there with not much to do unless you do their tours or hire expensive taxis as it’s far out of Boquete. There is really no where for guests to go during their stay and no information given about the property and what they offer. It would be nice for guests to walk thru the property while they are there otherwise not much to do. Breakfast is ok at best. Nice lodge type setting.

This was a great experience in Panama. We did all of the adventures at the resort from the zip line to the suspension bridges to the coffee plantation tour. The rooms were basic but very clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My wife lost her cell phone which is a story in itself but the staff found it through some great detective work and shipped it to our accommodation 6 hours away. The only possible negative is the resort is about 8 KM from the town of Boquete but there is a free shuttle that runs during the day. If you miss the shuttle, taxis are available. If you are in Boquete this is where you want to stay.

The service at the boquete office was terrible. We arrived on time and there was no parking. We asked them to please help us and direct us to find parking. the person at the desk did not care and didn't feel like being bothered. The tour left us without apology. It took 10 minutes for us to find parking and then a taxi.
