As much as I realize sleeping under luxury tents in the desert might not be authentic, this was really a tourist trap. The camp is well located, however they were building another camp next to ours and the all day - we had really NOTHING to do - we had to endure building noises. When we complained we received an...

I completely agree with the previous reviewer - a hard one to review for all the reasons stated though I've gone for 4 stars because our stay has left me with some great memories: in particular the sunset on the dunes and the quad biking which I highly recommend, even if you've never done it before. The resort itself doesn't...

This is a hard one to review. The experience was satisfactory, but I still find myself slightly disappointed as I was expecting a 5-star luxury experience based on the marketing materials I've seen and for the price we paid. Staff were attentive and friendly. The tent was modestly designed with the basic necessities, the bathroom fixtures could be updated. The...

A bit over-priced but we did go over the Christmas holiday. We loved the sunset on top of the sand dunes and feel of living out in the desert. Good was good enough being in such a remote location and staff was very nice. Rooms are maybe 3.5 star quality but you are glamping in the desert after all, dont...

Imagine the stars on the sky and the tranquility in the desert. Great, if you are looking for this then just avoid this place. No great view of the sky and currently they are heavily expanding the hotel site with new buildings. Great experience and no one told us or not mentioned on their webpage. Food is mediocre and feeling...

Desert nights camp is one of the best experiences we had during our trip to Oman. It is very easy to find, there are signs everywhere. The room and bathroom is luxury especially in the desert. Though the price seem really high, it includes delicious dinner and breakfast (best meals we had in Oman), free camel ride, free ride to...
