We are family of four people with an infant, take two double rooms with connecting door which was very good for infant to go around.Good location. Check in is fast. Staff in reception are very cooperative. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Overall good for the price.

We stayed here during our trip to Muscat. We found the room to be clean, bed comfortable and all amenities as described. The breakfast was pretty good. The hallways had a bit of a stale smoke odour. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed twice already in August 2016 and then again in October 2016, each visit for 2 weeks. About to travel out again for a further 2 weeks. Consider this hotel very good. You would need a car or use of taxis to get about. Rooms are descent with acceptable rates and clean path rooms. The nightclub can be...

The location is not so hot as there is nothing in the immediate neighbourhood: no good shops, no restaurants, no bars, no parks or nice walks. So you will need to take a taxi if you want to go out. The rooms and bathrooms are ok and clean though not the cheerful sort. Breakfast is quite good. However, reception is...

The Al Falaj hotel is a good place to stay if you are looking for a moderate priced clean hotel with pool and nice restaurants. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is nothing special but better than in other hotels with equal prices - or even higher ones. The rooms are nothing special and the bathroom is small, but that...

I spent here 3 nights and I wasn't able to sleep in any of the night. The problem is that the rooms are too noisy: I had the air conditioner engines down below my room window. In the hotel there's a club and you can hear dance music every night they play (and they play every single night). In my...

Second time I stayed at this hotel. Last time was two years ago ie. 2014. I saw a lot of improvements comparing with my last visit. Lobby looks very nice with a new renovation, rooms also looks great with a new refurbishment and spacious too. Price wise, very good!. Breakfast is good and lots of car parking.

We arrived just before check-in time. It was not ready but nevertheless, a cool drink arrived which was very welcomed. It was not long before we were allocated into our room. This was standard with no views but no problem. The view outside was just a construction site, also as it was EID holidays, there was no work during the...

Visited Muscat on a gruelling business trip and the hotel staff made my stay extremely comfortable. The Souq cafe managed so very efficiently by Mr. Aslam and his team of Santosh, Madan, Austin, Ms. Rose and others who went the extra mile to ensure that i was at comfort became a favourite haunt. Chef Augustus " the cheerful" delighted the...
