This is an old hotel that has lost its glory. The management of this hotel is so poor I am tempted to say it's the worst I have seen . The rooms are run down and dirty I found a wall Geko in my bedsheets upon arrival and on the second night the door to my room was rudely opened...

We arrived approx 40 minutes from the airport. Trans Amadi is an impressive suburb and the Juanita Hotel is tucked away from the main road. When we arrived, the porter collected our luggage, I waited in the lobby area while my husband sorted out our room. About 10 mins later, we were escorted to our room, an executive suite, which...

I haven't actually stayed at this hotel but I have been there twice. The first was fir after dinner cocktails and I was absolutely charmed. We had world class drinks by the pool and the waiter was knowledgable and solicitous. A visit worthy of four stars. The second time however was less enchanting. It was a year apart and the...

The location of the property is upscale and secure. I found the amenities to be average, rooms not that big. Decent and comfortable bed, a security guard on each floor, live music at the pool, breakfast buffet daily for a fee; I was not disappointed, but it was not what I had expected either.

The hotel is located in the city about 60 to 90 mins drive from the airport (depending on traffic). We were warned that check-in and check-out would be slow but surprisingly this was not the case. However people who have stayed here before have indicated that checkout especially can be quite slow. Dinner (pizza from the restaurant) took about 90...

reading the review on this hotel prior to my travel was discouraging as a reviewer claimed to have been robbed in his room. but arriving presents a different view on security as rooms have adequate security features, guard per floor, strict access from hotel main entrance. back to my experience. the rooms are well decorated but toilet seats and bath...

Hotel doesn't look like much from the front and indeed the lobby isn't much to write home about. The rooms however are quite nice and clean with interesting decor and local art. The room service took an eternity to arrive and wasn't too special. Breakfast was somewhat average. All in all, a pretty nice place with a certain charm(if you...

Stayed 3 days in this hotel, with a good service and nice african buffet which can be recommended if you like spicy food, The oxtail pepper soup is exellent. The Pizza bar serves good pizzas and burgers if you don't like the spicy african food. The rooms are nice and clean and the pool is nice in the evening

Had my wedding reception party here on January 19, 2013, beautiful place to have a garden/poolside wedding reception. The hotel rooms are equally very good as i benefited from the weekend rates. When you place order for food and drinks particularly for your occasions please make sure it is properly documented as in "Bottles" or "Cans" and their quantities.
