The hotel is relatively basic but clean and neat. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. Check in and check out was efficient and service was pleasant. Breakfast consisted of some cereal and a basic buffet of eggs, beans etc .... not bad but nothing to write home about. All in all the hotel is quite basic meeting your...

I have been just for 1 night and it is terrible. The smell of mold in all hotel, the room is very small and the bathroom smaller. When I arrived don' t even have towels in the bathroom. In the city there are much better hotels and cheaper. I don't recommend it.

Hotel is located in the center of Beira and is very convenient for accessing Government and commercial offices. Also worth noting is that the Vodacom office is 150 meters away, which is handy for sorting out your telephone SIM and reducing long distance communication costs. The staff are friendly and polite and English is spoken. The bathroom is quite small,...

For the price the room and especially the bathroom is very small. The breakfast was not up to standard. The area is a bit dodgy. The staff is very friendly. I will certainly search for better value for money on my next visit to Beira.

Considering the price of USD110 per night (very cheap for anything decent in Africa, excl South Africa), I found this hotel to be a kind of an oasis in the very run down CBD of Beira. We were 3 people on a business trip for 2 nights, at first checked into very small rooms. One guy decided that it is...

This hotel is terrible. The smell of mold in the room is so strong it prevents you from sleeping. Very dirty. The bathroom is about the size of an aeroplane toilet. The flow of hot water is almost inexistent. Elevator does not work. Very noisy: there is an enormous diesel generator just in front, that will prevent anyone from sleeping.

At $170 per night for the most basic room, it is pricey, especially when you consider the tiny rooms, closet sized bathroom, grimy neighborhood, and basic breakfast. Getting the bill sorted is a slow process. No fridge in room, tv signal scratchy. Won't be back. Dodgy smelling elevator, but it was operating.

Stayed here for two nights. It is a decent place to put up in comparison to the rest of the city but there is nothing very great about it. Basic facilities, but the staff is very friendly and courteous. Rooms are a little small, but clean. All in all, a satisfactory stay in the hotel.

This hotel is a little gem. It is clean, comfortable, the food is good (with a good choice of wines), and the staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed for 10 days at the end of July and into August and after a hard day's work down at the port, always looked forward to coming back to the Tivoli for...

Multi Storeyed Hotel but the catch is that elevator is not working here. It is quite pricey according to the services provided here. Lower floors are generally crowded. Wifi is ok but not great. Rooms are very small. Just a 2 BED and you are almost done with room space. Near to market area and Vodacom office. Restaurant is good...
