If you're looking for somewhere authentic and comfortable on the coast then this is the place. The Riad is secluded within the Medina, but still only 5 minutes walk to the beach and port. Sandra is extremely knowledgeable and knows everyone, keeping the house clean and providing a great breakfast too. We stayed for a week, but really needed longer...

My partner and I stayed at Riad Remmy in June 2016 and had such a wonderful stay! Sandra, the Riad manager was fantastic! She organised our taxi's to and from the airport, and was there to greet us in the Medina when we arrived. Sandra, was extremely helpful during our entire stay; she showed us around the medina, showed us...

Location is perfect walking distance to anywhere within the town, and Sandra showed me the ropes so i wasn't to get lost during my stay. The building is beautifully furnished and the room i stayed in equally nice. Continental breakfast and coffee every morning was a delight. Will be visiting again next year

I recomend this hotel. I love this hotel's Owner, she is so funny and very kind! Bed room was very nice, and inside a hotel was very comfortable. She knows about Essaouira well. So if you enjoy there, just ask it;)

This is the place to recharge your batteries if you need a break from the hectic life of the office. I can certainly say that I always enjoy the quietness of the riad and enjoy reading a lovely selection of books on the wonderful roof terrace in the sunshine. Lovely breakfasts provided by Sandra who is always a fountain of...

Stayed with my partner for 2 nights. As there was no a/c had to keep windows open and it being such a small place you had no privacy in as much as you could hear anyone else talk. Also our bathroom window opened out to look onto the staircase and anyone wondering by could look in. There was a very...

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Riad Remmy. Its location puts you in the heart of Essaouira. It was fascinating to experience the amazing food, sights, sounds and smells of old Morocco. A couple of minutes walk along the winding alleyways and you are back in the comfortable, clean surroundings of the Riad. Our holiday was made extra special...

Great return visit to Riad Remmy. Sandra was as helpful as ever, meeting us, arranging transport and suggesting eating and drinking options. Situated in the Medina, the riad is in a very quiet spot but only a couple of minutes walk from the main street. The rooms are comfortable and clean with great wifi and plenty of hot water. A...

As a regular visitor to Essaouira, staying in various places I would now never consider staying anywhere else but here. The town itself is a wonderful oasis of traditional Moroccan culture and calmness after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The traffic free medina is a fabulous mix of markets, shops and restaurants. Hidden within this is Riad Remmy ....
