Xavi and his wife worked hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our two nights here started with tea and conversation on the patio of this home tucked on a quiet alley in the heart of the medina. Breakfast is the best we had in multiple riad and hotel stays over two weeks in Morocco and is included...

My wife and I spent three nights at Dar Dayana, and the place was just great. The owners were helpful and friendly, and the staff was very kind and service minded. The room we had was nice and clean, although the bathroom a bit small. The breakfast was delicious. The outdoor areas were truly amazing, and was worth the money...

Dar Dayana was, in one word, WONDERFUL. Reasonably priced, good breakfast, rooms tastefully decorated. The patio has a very unique tree, with birds that only show up and are active at night. Quite interesting actually, looked almost as it was out of a Hitchcock movie. But fear not, it was just a little dark touch, in an otherwise bright place....

We stayed here for three nights in December; Hakima was really helpful on arrival, telling us of the best places to go and restaurants in this laid back town. Essaouira is a great place to visit, especially after the hecticness of Marrakech, this riad is easy to find, and has plenty of space for chilling out and enjoying mint tea!

We spent there a couple of nights and our stay was really great in Essaouira. The Riyadh is very well located close to one of the many roads. The owners (a French couple) were really helpful giving tips for places to visit or yo have dinner. The rooms are quite big and decoration is nice, the breakfast was generous and...

This riad provides an excellent price-value ratio. The hospitality of this family-run (?) riad is excellent. Located in the center of Essaouira's medina, everything is in walking distance. The riad itself is tucked-away in a side-street and upon entering you find yourself in the midst of a small little oasis in the city as the patio is full of greenery....

I think we had been spoiled by our Riad in Marrakech so this was a little disappointing. Room was a bit dusty but that is probably due to the wind and sand, shower could have done with attention as the water just ran everywhere and the tea and coffee was cold and the posted plants would benefit from a bit...

I stayed here with my mum for 3 nights, we felt very well looked after and the breakfast was excellent. The Riad has a lovely garden area and terrace. We stayed in the Corail room and it was perfectly adequate but a little bit on the small side. Our hosts were very kind and helpful and gave very good advice...

Very friendly guesthouse through which we discovered a lot of great things and met really nice people. It's clean, beautifully decorated with local arts and crafts and you receive an excellent breakfast. We recommend Dar Dayana! Lisa & Lucas

Had a great stay here in the turquoise room, which was lovely (but also peeked in the other rooms, and they were all beautifully decorated). The staff was very hospitable and welcoming, the breakfast was superb, and the cooking class with Hakima was fun and delicious. Overall, good value for the price and we would highly recommend this riad.
