English: This place is really amazing! Perfect food, beautiful environment. Rooms clean, tidy every day. The Staff - I have never seen better! There is always plenty of space on the beach. A lots of activities every day for those who want to experience something special and fun. The place made for a holiday. Czech: Neuvěřitelné místo! Perfektní jídlo a překrásné prostředí. Pokoje čisté, uklizené každý den. Personál - nikdy jsem neviděl lepší! Na pláži je vždy dostatek místa. Každý den spoustu aktivit pro ty, kteří chtějí zažít něco zábavného a speciálního. This hotel and the staff are amazing! Apologies for the rather long review, but it is to illustrate how wonderful our stay was and how highly we recommend the Sunrise Attitude Hotel and the incredible staff there. We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon. On the second day, I unfortunately had an accident and had to spend two days in hospital. The manager, Fabricio, telephoned the hospital to enquire how I was, to ask if there was anything he could do to help and to assure me of his future care. As I had damaged my hip and needed to be in a wheelchair for the rest of my two week stay, he very kindly moved us to a ground floor room and provided a wheelchair and warmly received us on return to the hotel. I was surprised and grateful for his call and caring attention, as I was in considerable pain and wondering how we would manage for the rest of my stay. On returning to the hotel after two nights, the staff helped my husband move the luggage to our new room and made us feel very welcome back, telling us that if there was anything at all that we needed, just to let them know. And they meant it. I cannot praise the staff enough, they were absolutely wonderful. Even before the accident, we found them to be genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful and always cheerful. When the accident happened, everyone was so attentive, they called for a doctor and subsequently an ambulance, which took me to the hospital. I was not made to feel a nuisance in any way. Everyone was so concerned and incredibly caring. For the rest of our stay the hotel staff did everything in their power to make us as happy and comfortable as possible. We had terrible problems with the insurance company, both in the hospital and whilst back at the hotel, but both Fabricio and Rudy (the Tui representative) were understanding and did all they could possibly do to help. We were upset about the appalling behaviour of the travel insurance company, but Fabricio and his staff and Rudy assured us that they would take every action they could, and they were true to their word. It took up a lot of their time and effort, but it was always done with grace and generosity. The hotel is beautiful, the food is scrumptious, the wine is superb, the cleanliness is exemplary but most of all it was the fabulous attitude of all of the staff. The beautiful smiles and genuine care was amazing. This was so refreshing for us, having visited places where usually tipping is expected for any kindness and is not always genuine. As British people we find the tipping system very awkward and we did not have this burden for a pleasant change. Nobody gave us hard luck stories about how little they are paid, in fact, one member of staff told us how good the hotel was to them and how they loved their job. The atmosphere amongst the staff was always uplifting and many in particular, Vicky, Maida, the lovely lady in the salads part, the chefs, Sarita, Verun, and others, whose names I am sorry I have forgotten, all had a great sense of humour, so we laughed a lot. We will never forget the kindness shown to us by all and the beautiful hotel. We will be back. Absolutely five star (more!) in every way.…
The stay here was absolutely amazing couldn’t thank them enough, they are always happy to help with everything I would highly recommend, the entertainment staff are amazing they are so kind and funny.
the best place to stay in Mauritius, the staff are 10/10 and are so good with staying on top of everything. The hotel is super close to the beach and to local shops and they offer a taxi service to do day trips.
We have just had our honeymoon at the Sunrise Attitude. The hotel is absolutely stunning with amazing food throughout our stay. All of the waiting staff are very polite and attentive. The bar staff are very attentive and the drink choice is huge, the drinks are amazing. Would absolutely stay again. The swim up room was perfect, worth the extra. The entertainment team are non stop and always keeping everyone entertained. The bar staff - Vicky, Adish, Akshay are all great! Great facilities throughout and everything runs like clockwork.
My sister and I, like so many others after COVID were desperate to get away and came across this hotel on the British airways website. The staff and hotel were incredible. I have nothing bad to say. This was the first time we have gone all inclusive before and it was fabulous. We were looked after from the moment we arrived to the second we left. Everyone was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The activities were so much fun and the cocktails, delicious. The room was stunning, the beach quiet with a nice breeze to keep you cool. There are two pools and so much space to move around and mix up what you do day to day. I cannot recommend this place enough. Their work on sustainability and protecting the environment was wonderful, all products sold, food and even the spa oils are sourced and made locally. We’ve had a wonderful week here and cannot wait to return soon.…
Amazing hospitality with proper guideline’s. Had an amazing candle light complimentary dinner. The only thing which can be look into consideration is we get more of sweet foods here. Indian spicy food is missing. However, in all it was a great experience to be there.
We stayed here for 10 days and had one the best holidays we’ve ever had. The hotel was recently refurbished, it was modern and lots going on. All the staff were friendly and provided you with the service you would expect in a luxury restart. You can book their other restaurants, which was nice to keep the food varied. You’ve also got to play a bit of water polo while you’re there…
We had a pleasant stay at sunrise attitude. The staff are very gentle and pleasant. The food can br customized as per your taste and the rooms are very clean and it makes our stay more pleasant. There are many free recreational activities provided by the hotel which is free of cost. We totally recommend this hotel for honeymooners. There is also a complimentary romantic date for the newly weds.
All staff is very helpful talking with us and provide all we need, they entertain all the guest all the time! All the hotel is very clean, the rooms, toilets, etc It's very close than beach that is very placefull and secure with security people around every time.
