A budget hotel which is near to Batu Burok beach and Kuala Terengganu town. Comfy room with 2 single beds, air-conditoning is in good condition, clean bathroom and free parking. Unfortunately the hotel price excluded breakfast compared to Ming Paragon hotel which located at the end of the same block. Overall, if you are looking at budget hotel in town,... More

Location is good. Food outlets are everywhere within walking distance. The Batu Burok Beach is merely 2 minutes drive away. Parking is provided. Room is comfortable. AC is cold and in working order. They provide iron & board to each room. Shower pressure with hot & cold water is excellent. HK service is good. Room is clean however my only... More

The hotel is within a block of shops with Ming Star at the other end. Free parking is available behind the hotel and you have to get into the hotel through the back door. Dont come back too late as it is quite dark at the car park. Room is normal size and so does the bathroom. The hotel is... More

We were there for a night to transit to Redang Island on the next morning. It is very convenient and easy access using Waze. There is car park provided at the back of hotel. There is another Ming Paragon at the other end which is newer. And this is the place where they served breakfast. Breakfast is ala carte menu... More

After having the worst hotel experience on Perhentian, Ming Paragon was a blessing! Perfect if you are looking for an affordable short stay at a comfortable place. Nice bed, clean room, fantastic shower and great location. No stairs to climb or dodgy hallways. Lots of food options near by, and a pleasant walk to Pasar Payang and the bus station.... More

We stayed for one night only during our transit before heading to the island. It was recommended by SummerBay resort that we booked in Lang Tengah (I think maybe it's the same owner, something like that). It was average but there's some misunderstanding during our checked in because it says that we booked standard room (room with 2 single beds)... More

The first couple of days the hotel was fine, in fact compared to the East coast hotels so far it was very good. Then the last day, access card died, room not cleaned and went to spa where they said no staff no spa! Bit of a lottery it might be good or you get numpty service from numpty's.

First impression was a normal shoplot budget hotel. The lift has two sides opening with one side opening to reception and the other opening when you want to acess to the rooms. The spa and jacuzzi is on the topmost 3rd floor. The triple sharing room that we booked has ants on the side bed table when we check in... More
