Stayed here for a night courtesy Malaysia Airlines as connecting flight was missed. The first thing to strike was the sheer sparseness of the room. Didn't even have a bottle of mineral water. Called room service. He appeared after a couple of reminders and demanded that I immediately pay for it in cash. The breakfast next morning was also pretty...

This Hotel is a lengthy and expensive taxi journey from KLIA as they fail to run the shuttle that they are supposed to offer. They don't reply to their emails so you are left wondering if you are to be met or not. In our case we were not. On arrival at the Hotel no one is available to help with...

We chose this hotel for a one night stop off so we decided to go for it because it was close to the airport. Having said this it was close to nothing else and was completely in the middle of nowhere. We opted for the airport pick up service and this went well although the driver did not once attempt...

We useed the empress hotel sepang for just one night stay, basically to get a decent nights rest before our flight the next morning. Travelling from india to singapore via Air Asia, we had to break pur journey at KL and previous experience has left us wiser about the quality of sleep at an airport! The only negative point was...

Caught public taxi from LCCT after midnight - a 50% late night surcharge applies so relatively expensive start to our stay. Reception was very efficient. Room was very spacious. Checkout at midday was very appealing to us. Buffet breakfast was great! Swimming pool though small gave us an opportunity to stretch and exercise before our 8-hour long onward flight.

Recently stayed at this hotel to watch Moto GP at Sepang circuit as - it looks very close to the circuit on their website - it's quite cheap £30 a night The hotel is in the middle of a small suburb with nothing to do and has no transport links. The 'travel company' at the front of the hotel charge...

On the checkout we discussed with the Hotel for passing two times my VISA. I did not sign the second one...but the Hotel charged twice..I tryed to contact to claim, but until today (4...

We choosed Empress Sepang not out of our own choice as hotels around LCCT are either too expensive or not worthwhile for a transit stay (eg Pan-Pacific), fully booked (Tune Hotel) or just as bad as this hotel. We booked a Deluxe room and so were pretty much happy with the room size. The room itself is quite basic, old,...

Due to long stop over, we had a free accommodation from Malaysian airlines and stayed here overnight. About 15mins from the airport. Spacious big room with 2 double beds + buffet breakfast. You can see a temple nearby and some local shops.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night as we flew back from Borneo and chose it due to its proximity to the airport. However, it actually cost more to travel there by taxi (the only feasible method) than if we had taken the bus into KL centre. The room was large, but very tired and dated....
