Its like back to Home Sweet Home and what can I say the hospitality and the service is always *****. As usual the associates and the Management make sure everything was manage well, the meals and the culinary team was there with a smile even though it was the festival of Idul Fitri and the level of service never drop at all. Thanks to The GM Mr. Sundra Kulendra, The MOD Ms Sabrina, The FOM Mr Yogeswaran, Manager Mr Ismail @ Max, Mr Sam, Mr Hamizan, Mr Steward, Mr Roslan Marjan, Mr. Raimy, Chef Salleh, Chef Nurhan, and all chefs who were there during my stay. not to forget all the rank file associates including the HSK team who were there making sure my room were kept clean all the time.
I have been several times at this hotel and could say they always provide consistent high quality of hospitality. Their staff are doing excellent job and deserve appreciation - always polite, smiled, efficient and quick solvers if there are any issues or requests!
Buggy picked me up outside arrivals gate at 1 am to drive me to airport hotel. Fun, fast, efficient! Staff are kind and accommodating. Americans could take a lesson in civility from Malaysians. Hotel is great, but no food or drinks at 1 am. Would return. Thanks to my travel agent for booking this! Perfect!
Check in was quick and friendly. The room had sufficient space to spend a night. There was no window but it was okay since it was only for a night's stay. The room was stocked with basic toiletries and a hair dryer. The hotel's lounge offered a simple buffet at an affordable rate. I was after having a good sleep and shower during my long hours of layover and I got it!
Wonderful experience from the arrival to departure with a warm and hearty welcome from Mr. Rashid during the check-in process. Everything went smoothly with his great assistance. Very pleasant and professional hospitality. Walked into the coffee house for a buffet and was told it was a Ramadhan buffet even without any reservations the staff is very helpful at his level best to accommodate me and my wife. I believed all the guest on the buffet session is on reservation and how wonderful that this staff "Mac" on his tag, doing all possible for me and my wife. We really appreciate how sincere he is and we had a wonderful buffet experience. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Very poor service at front desk. When checking in, they did not ask for any deposit, which was really odd. Hence when i ordered room service, they demanded me to pay by card or cash. But their wireless card terminal could not work. When redeeming carpark coupon at frontdesk, they didnt explain that a balance of RM 8 must be paid at the machine in carpark. And so, i only found out abt it when the gantry would not open. Ok, turned back to carpark to pay at the machine. Poor bellboy service. Just left the two luggages at the door when bringing them up to the room. Ordered caesar salad, and it was really poorly done. The ingredients were odd. The sinchew beehoon was also tasteless. Very disappointed. The room was poorly maintained. Dusty shelves, water not flowing down well in the washing basin. Thinnest bedroom slippers ever. The King bed were two super single joined together. And they were not levelled. Terrible night of rest. The gym was poorly maintained. No staff was there, despite that it’s the pandemic time! I doubt anyone clean or sanitize the equipment regularly. Hotel was poorly lighted up. Hallway was hardly lighted up. The one good thing, it’s super near the airport. And they offer buggy service to drive you there. That’s the only reason why i decided to give them two stars. I truly hope they buck up.…
Having dinner at traveller bar & grill..my first impression tonignt they are busy. We got table assist by Miss elizabeth as a hottest ..she greets me & my family with cheerful & smiling face. Very wonderful night even busy we enjoy our dinner there.. The manager very professional and thanks to mr mac,Miss cathy,miss viviana & mr aslor for the excellence service. We sure we will come again to having dinner there..
The staff, service, and hospitality was incredible. When we arrived at KLIA, the hotel had a representative waiting for us to help with the entry process, making the process effortless. They also catered to my vegan food options. It was delicious.
Overall experience was amazing. Specially very welcoming staff @traveler's bar & grill (Mr. Bala, Mr. Kavi & Ms. Zahidah ) amazing customer service. They were very friendly & very positive . Food was really tasty which was delievered on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.
First, this hotel is convenient, for a stay over. I must say that the lobby was super impressive. I check in at 1.30am, and hasn't got a meal since lunch. Pick up the room phone and tried to call room service. Also affected booking morning call. NONE of the phone work, one on the work table, ok be next to the table and also toilet. Also a thick layer of dust on the lamps, phones, etc ... But I must say the bed is very comfortable. My colleague had the same problem on the phones and her TV was not working.
