Earlier this month, my friends and I decided to check in here for relaxation and to bond after a while. From photos and through experience, the resort was known as the most luxurious one compared to the other resorts in the area; but to our disappointment it looks as if the resort has not been maintained. The view of the...

The service provided by the counter was good but the only problem was the maintenance of the rooms when it claims to be a "4-star Spa and Resort". Floors were dusty, found somebody's underwear under our bed (because I had to combine two single beds together when I actually booked for 1 king sized bed). No wifi in room, line...

Came to this property thinking we can just stay in the resort to relax and escape the buzz of a city. This property was reviewed as a F I V E star establishment in a website where you can make a reservation for your stay. Upon arrival straight from the airport, the establishment look a bit tired as quite a...

We booked via Booking.com and paid for 4 nights to stay here expecting a relaxing holiday as this place was rated 5 stars on Booking.com and the pictures looked great. When we arrived at 1pm today (25th March), we were told our room is not ready and would only be ready in 2.5 hours however we were told by the...

If you are from North America and have seen the Caribbean resorts, then i suggest stay away at all costs. This must have zero stars for the ugly rooms, totally basic bedding stale wilted beds and pillows oh dear me. Oh sheets !.   The bathroom was barely functional simplest of mediocre towels cheap . The toilet literally shook when...

Booked for 1 nights for Ocean View room without breakfast on Feb 2017 during festive season. Location: Resort next to the private beach, access to beach is steps away. Resort Exterior: Old, no maintenance at all. The design is exactly the same as 15 years ago and it is getting worst without any renovation at all. Resort Facilities: Facilities is...

Room was musty and there was mould growing on the ceiling and corners. Looked very shabby and rundown though you can sense that it was a top class resort back in its heyday. No complimentary parking provided. RM50/car/day! Concierge and room service poor. Elevator was very suspect. I ended taking the stairs for fear of an incident with the elevator....

This is not my first visit but shall be my last until some major revamp happens. Sad considering the potential of the place but the neglect from the management is just not acceptable. If the management is not keen in running the place then they might as well close it down. Everything is falling apart. The food is pathetic. They...

We were given welcome drinks upon arrival. I just dont like the idea that the reception staff tshirt is shocking pink 😜😜. Room is good...big. facing beach & pool. Food is tasteless. So better eat out or standby bread or maggie. Its about 45mins from Kuching town. Hotel is good but not well maintain...the lift is rusty & not working....
