We stayed for 4D3N in this hotel. We arranged the shuttle van to pick us in the airport with minimal charges. We arrived late due to delay in flight. The staffs are patient, helpful and friendly to solve our problem. The hotel is clean and well managed. We stayed in the 4th floor and enjoyed our welcome drink in 5th... More

We stayed at the Lime Tree Hotel for a week in October and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It became a little home away from home which, when you're on extended travels like we are, is very welcome! It's definitely punching above its weight, providing you with all the mod cons in a very convenient, central location at a really... More

A pleasant hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Room had everything you would need - tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, TV, slippers. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooked the street, so there was some traffic noise - mainly underpowered motorcycles with what sounded like no silencers. Bar / restaurant on the top floor with view over the town. Breakfast... More

Stayed at the Lime Tree for 4 nights in October. The hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance from the waterfront. Comfortable room with all necessary amenities, good breakfast to start the day. Food in the rooftop restaurant is good and the lime cheesecake should not be missed. Overall a good value hotel with friendly, professional staff.... More

Although it didn't feel like I was in Malaysia staying in the LimeTree Hotel, it is a very nice property. Very clean, kinda hip and a little bit quirky with all the references to limes. The rooftop bar is a nice place to lounge, although it doesn't have a view of anything particularly interesting. Staff was really friendly. It's just... More

I stayed here for 7 days. I paid to upgrade my room to a larger room on the 4th floor. The room was kept immaculate by the cleaning staff and the reception staff were always helpful in arranging tours, transport etc. The dining room on the ground floor was excellent for casual meals and the breakfast was good with multi... This hotel is not top of the range but more than adequate for a couple of nights stay giving you the opportunity to visit various local attractions. The rooms are clean and there is a great rooftop bar where you can overlook the city. The breakfast provided gave a great choice of local and western food. It is set within... More

This hotel is located by a very busy road and only has single glazed windows. Because of this all the rooms in the front (we tried 2 of them) have a serious noise problem from the loud motorbikes that seem to drive by till late at night. Our first night was in a deluxe room at the front, we could... More

Dear traveggie, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are grateful that you reached out to us to give us the opportunity to resolve the issues you faced during your stay. The problem caused by illegal modified exhaust pipes is indeed a public issue and regrettably, a recurring one nationwide. Although we get varying feedback for the... More

We were a large group of 8 who stayed for a total of 5 nights across 7 rooms. The rooms are very clean and simple with nice touches such as a kettle, tea and coffee, toiletries, slippers and a tote bag. For the price of the rooms, we thought this was great value. If you are a light sleeper, ask... More
