The hotel previously named FourPoint hotel, but recently changed to Century hotel. I guess previously 4point hotel was okay but now it became worst. The breakfast buffet have lesser choice compare to last time. Staffs are rude, hotel is far from town but near to airport. The room is fine, sadly no wifi available in the room. You can find... This once Sheraton owned has been left to run into disrepair. Dirty, services not available and terrible food. I moved rooms because my entire luggage was covered in ants during my first 4 hours. The second room also had ants. The lights did not work and only random lifts worked.

I read the reviews before coming but thought the reviews were exaggerated. That is until I arrived and checked in. The occupancy is very low and it's like you are the only one staying at the hotel. I stayed at the 9 level and I believe that is the only level current being in operation. Well for the price paid... More

I stayed here several times while it was still a 4-Points hotel, but this is the first time I stay since it changed name to Century Kuching Hotel. I wrote already several reviews, and in my last review I wrote that the hotel is declining. This stay was even worse that the last stay, so I believe that it cannot... More

Chosen this hotel as I have to catch earlier flight the next day. the price is a bit over as there's no much facilities, u even have to carry your own luagage as there's no any one there to help. And there's few funny part: 1. Main entrance under maintance, u have to go in with side door. 2. Receptionist... More

it was known as Four Points by Sheraton, so they had everything in place. however, the well known chains no longer managed this. as we enter the facilities, one could notice a broken tiles repaired with cements and rusty flag poles. the automatic doors seem not working anymore (there are huge SORRY sign at the door), we need to slip... It was a satisfactory stay, but the standard is not a 4-star hotel. Just normal hotel. I believe some of the lights are spoiled as I have tried all the switches and no way for them to be turned on. However, I got a proper lighting for my stay. No shower caps, no bubble bath soap provided, only 1 bottle... More

During daytime, this hotel looks like a 4 stars hotel from the outside. Take a closer look, you will see signs of a poorly managed property.... from poorly maintain room with missing fridge to moldy shower room. Come night... This place feels like a deserted building. Lights are dim right down and most facilities are not available. This looks quiet... More

Room is spacious but has strong musty odour. Probably the carpets or wood panels need a change. In the evening, the lobby is dim because they only switch on some lights. Elevator buttons are not working. Hotel needs a good maintenance. I will not come back again.

After change the management the food still the perfect as usual. I love the pizza, love the stew lamb and chicken rice. The staff also very friendly. Also obvious cost cutting measure. Convenient location if you want to be near to the airport. The view also very relaxing especially facing the airport.
