Berambih Lodge is a clean, friendly, comfortable and safe place to stay, at a very reasonable cost. It is located in the oldest part of town surrounded by a variety of good eating places and opposite a gourmet coffee shop. A short walk around the corner and you are at the beautiful harbourfront where you can cruise up and down...

If you're looking for standard accommodation in the middle of down town, you choose the right place. All rooms only has shared toilet so it's really standard. But the location is perfect.

I'd say this was a great p[lace to stay for any traveler. Friendly, helpful staff and in the last 3 months i havent seen a nicer toilet. Stayed here for 3 nights and the bed was almost too comfortale that you didnt want to get up, (although i guess this might depend on which room).Lovely longhouse style living room downstairs....

My girlfriend an me checked several accommodations in Kuching and our choice was the Berambih Lodge - a very lovely place to stay, very nice service people in there. The rooms and the shared bath are clean, the beds are good, the breakfast is simple (toast, jam, coffebut enough. The style of the guesthouse is like a longhouse, you dont...

We stayed twice here, three nights before and two nights after exploring Bako and Damai national parks [with lots of help from the staff]. They'll do anything for you: figure out where to eat, hook you up with a phone card, choose a movie from their huge stack of DVDs... The location is very central, a block from the riverfront...

Lovely hostel in the heart of Kuching. Amy & Diana were wonderful hosts and gave solid advice about restaurant, temples and even the postal service! We were a group of four and the room was spacious and cool, not to mention one of the cleanliest we have stayed in on our month long travel of Malaysia. I would recommend this...

I styed here for 4 nights when I forst arrived in Sarawak. Excellent value backpacker lodge right in the heart of Kuching's old China Town. Rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and have windows and the common areas are set out in the style of a longhouse - all bamboo floors, low tables and cushions. The staff here were extremely...

We booked the hostel for 2 night and ended up with 8 nights. the rooms are very basic just a bed and small desk and good air condition. But that was very OK. The common area was very nice (longhouse style) If you want to stay in and relax they have a lot of dvd's and loads of pillows on...
