This would be one of the very rare times when I truly feel that the hotel frontline staff really go all the way out and are passionate about their guests. I checked in twice into this hotel and met the same gentleman who assisted in my check in - and his courtesy and level of service - outstanding. I would...

Hotel appears old, but upon arrival to the hotel, staffs were very helpful and friendly. Booked an executive room, with very nice views of the ocean. The only setback was that the windows very a fair bit dusty on the outside, making the view relatively blurred Hotel was ideally located, walking distance to shops and food source, and just in...

Stayed at Le Meridien for 2 nights either side of climbing Mount Kinabalu. Every single member of staff was FANTASTIC. They all went the extra mile to be helpful and kind in their own way - printing boarding passes, upgrading rooms, extra snacks etc. Hotel is part way through a renovation and it looks great - a very slick, modern...

We took time reading TA reviews before selecting this hotel and were not disappointed. The central location makes it easy to walk to restaurants and over the road is the cities main market selling fish and very fresh vegetables, a number of stalls will cook and serve the local produce at a fraction of restaurant prices. The hotel has helpful,...

I always stay here and the hotel rooms are even better now post renovation. Buffet breakfast has an excellent spread and all the staff are genuinely caring and helpful. The location is close to the water front area and close to center court mall. Several decent bars and restaurants close by.

Staying at le meridien for one night and the hotel is with very modern design. I was staying at the classic room which is the standard room. The room is spacious and clean. However, i think that the hotel is still under revamp and we can hear some noise when we are at our room. The hotel is also equipped...

This hotel needs some renovation, and I think they are working on it. We had a suite and it was huge, but very old. The lobby and restaurants area already are renovated and that's totally fine. Enjoyed the breakfast, very helpful booking desk. The location is good as well. Small town and you can walk to diving shops or the...

Location, location, location they say. And that's certainly true for this hotel. Right at the sea with a 'wet market' between the hotel and the water front. If you've a room with sea view, you can see some amazing sunsets. It's a very good hotel, though I must admit that the low corridor ceilings give a slightly claustrophobic sensation. The...
