We stayed here twice, before and after our jungle adventures. Our first room was nice, facing the front street, great wifi but the bed was a bit hard. Second stay was on the same floor (2nd) but this time facing the back of the hotel....More

Whilst it shows it's age and needs a bit of TLC (tender loving care) it is still good value for money. I would have no reservations about returning- the staff were really helpful/polite, the room spacious and clean though I avoided the bar and restaurant...More

The Jesselton is an old historic building but an extremely fitting place to stay when in Kota Kinabalu. Well kept and managed, clean rooms and in the middle of the action. Great location, great staff, and great service will make you feel at home.

Yes the room has bath tub but I think there’s no car park especially during Sunday due to Sunday market

Because u arrive at that time u need to make sure you get the taxi coupon ride. Its 50% more than usual rate (about 45) and safe but hang on to your receipt. You don't need to tip the driver or anyone... Don't spoil the... More
