The service staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to be of service. Area is good, with a market right beside the hotel. 7-11 and some local restaurants are close by as well. One direction looks over the bay. I find that the rooms themselves aren't exactly the most occupant-friendly. The bathroom doors or partitions are...

The location of the Hyatt Regency at Sabah is the perfect visual feast backdrop necessary for an enjoyable trip to Eastern Malaysia. The rich blue color of the sea just beyond the well-appointed swimming pool and associated facilities offers a sublime aesthetic effect sparked with rays of sunshine. Equally matched by the warm professionalism of the staff in all quarters...

Stayed at Hyatt Regency KK for three nights. Convenient location and the rooms have been recently renovated although the exterior looks old and the pick up area at the lobby is always cramped and packed. I guess they were not able to do anything about it. Overall, a very pleasant stay, rooms were clean, although I wished they could have...

I stayed at Magellan (Sutera Harbour) and Hyatt Regency on a recent trip. Both places, I stayed at their suites, and Hyatt wins hands down. Magellan has a slightly bigger room, but there's no comparison in other aspects: Hyatt's suite has far better/newer furniture, superior toilet/shower/bathroom facilities. Buffet breakfast at Hyatt was fantastic--huge selection of reasonably authentic Indian, Malay and...

Had a great time here. Rooms are large and showers are amazing. I would recomend this hotel over any other for service and meal options in the lobby. I ate everything on the bar menu and loved the steak sandwich or the buger. Love the pool.
