So my other half and I stayed for for 3 nights in August 2014, we are on a tour of Malaysia and had checked out the reviews on here and as always took them with a pinch of salt being that everyone is different. First thing was lots of complaints of noise from road and airplanes, I would say no...

First of all, I'm not a picky/troublesome traveler and mostly i can go very well. HOWEVER...the pictures on travel websites do NOT accurately show this horrible, run down, dangerously located property. First, the hotel stay beside a dustry and noisy highway. It's dangerous and not convenience. The carpet at the corridor and room are smelly and not welly maintain. When...

Dear Anthony See, First of all I would like to thank you for choosing to stay at Zara's Boutique hotel and for your feedback concerning your stay here. Regarding the noise from the highway, I understand it can get noisy during peak traffic times. However, during the night, when the traffic is less congested, the noise should be of little...

Stay for two nights for business trip. Felt that for the price of one night at more than RM150 per night, I should get better deal but not really. The room look a worn out, almost felt like a budget hotel room. The breakfast comprised of fried rice, fried noodle, sausage, bread with margarine/butter, jam, and coffee & tea. Was...

Located in the hub of activity you won't have to spend a lot for transportation. While the rooms are very clean and have storage space they are small. The beds are very low to the floor, views are not interesting but the included breakfast more than makes up for all. It is a hot breakfast that includes everything from scrambled...

The family room is very large and spacious. However there is only one air cond and this results in quite warm temperature in room. Each guest room is only provided with one key so it is quite troublesome. There is a 7 eleven store open 24 hours just next door so it is very convenient. There will soon be another...

Good hotel. Clean and nice. Loads of parking area available. Some eateries as well. But a distance from Central KK. Not near shopping malls. But you can drive there easily. The hotel has good number of woman to ensure your stay is pleasant. Good professional staff.

This is a very nice and pleasant boutique hotel just a little away from the main town of Kota Kinabalu. It is located at the corner of 2 blocks of shop lots called Harbor City so it is close to amenities like restaurants and a 7-11. Their front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. My wife and I took...

I booked a mountain view room. The air-conditioning was adequate and the room was clean. The bathroom was enormous with a tiny shower stall. The bathroom sink water went straight onto the floor - reception sent someone to fix it the next day. It still leaked but not as bad and the plug didn’t work. Room lamp looked nice but...

We booked 2 rooms during Chinese New Year. The rooms are large however our room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathroom.
