Stayed at Grand Borneo Hotel as part of our family holiday. Decided to stay here because it is connected with a large shopping centre. The hotel is fantastic. The room we stayed at is quite spacious, nice comfortable bed, big bathroom with a nice view. If you booked the Grand Deluxe room you get to checked in on another floor...

The Grand Borneo is a lovely hotel with well priced and stylish rooms, a great point of the hotel is it's attached to a hugh shopping mall with many shops to chose from. I felt however it was a little out of the way to many places I needed to get to, but was always nice to come back to...

We stayed there for 4 nights for business trip last month. It was the most torturing business that I ever had. The 1st 3 nights was like living in HELL, we can't even have a night of peaceful sleep!! The 'soundproof' at our room is REALLY BAD!! We can even hear the door next room close and open (the sound...

Decided to splurge on Grand Borneo after staying in some basic rooms in KK and Sandakan. Opted for the Grand Deluxe package which was surprisingly nice, 85 USD per night . We were ushered to the 15th floor for a special checkin, beer, wine, juice drinks and snacks. The room was like a modern studio apartment without the kitchen. Separate...

Though it's a bit off town (but not that far), this 4star hotel makes me and my daughter stays in comfort. It's about 40mins away frm the airport. Taxi fare is RM50. I booked through Agoda and everything went smoothly from the day i checked-in. The frontlines staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are well equipped with modern...

I was among the group which checked-in with Kelvin Bong on 9 June. My roommate & I placed 2 dirty spoons (side-by-side & face up) on a tissue paper at an obvious corner of the writing table so that the housekeeper would notice it. However, when we're back in the afternoon of 10 June, the dirty spoons remained untouched. On...
