(+) 1. Good service, most of the staffs are welcoming & friendly. 2. Nice view (got a lake view room) 3. Fast check in & check out 4. Good location, in the centre of town 5. Breakfast was fine for me, food choices are ok. Nothing to shout out (-) 1. Smelly pillow & blanket! It smells like a person who didnt wash his hair for 1 week & slept on the pillow! Ask them to change a new set of pillows to me, but they just change the pillow case. The stink can fly to yr nose even u r dreaming! 2. Overprice food & drinks on roof top bar & Lobby cafe. They dont serve alcohol in the rooftop bar. Small swimming pool. 3. The gym is is inside a glass room, providing basic equipments, facing lake. However, no air-con / fan inside the hot room. This is not ok for a closed space in hot weather. 4. Guest could not direct go to the rooftop bar/ gym/ swimming pool from room floor. U have to go down G floor, and ask the staff to assist u to go that level. Which is not convenient for hotel guest. 5. Unbranded bathroom toiletries provided inside the bathroom. Not L'occitane, not same as previous guest review. Overall, for the money i've paid, i would expected to have better & more comprehensive facilities (at least a nice smell pillow & bed sheet). I think this hotel only worth as 4 star hotel (max)

Pros 1. Stay here if you want the best Putrajaya lake view. 2. Good location. Very center. 3. Reasonably price. Cons 1.Parking limted, parking ticket need to validate twice. At counter and machine. 2.Putrajaya is a major cycling spot in Malaysia. I wanted to borrow a bicycle pump unfortunately they don provide. 3.Room with standard electrical socket only. No USB plug. Need to bring your own charger. 4.Small lobby and check in area, may be crowded and long wait for check in during weekendor holiday.

THE BAD 1. Non-compliance of Covid-19 SOP, staffs with mask down the chin level in the dining room and hotel lobby! This is utterly shocking and unacceptable! 2. Phone line always engage when calling for service, gave up after trying many times. 3. The bellboy at the lobby did not bother to bring my luggage to trolley even after several request, my luggages were being left at the hotel lobby just like that. 4. Plates at dining room are very dirty, beware when you pick it up to put food on it. THE GOOD 1. The room is spacious and clean with a bathtub, got a corner room with a nice little window. View from the room is great as usual as all rooms got 2. In room dining is delicious and with reasonable price, however the selection is limited. 3. Buffet breakfast was fine as well, the food generally quite nice. 4. Chinese restaurant at hotel was a nice surprise, the Indian lady (forgotten the name sorry) serving us was very nice and friendly, we had private room to ourself for RM100 surcharge to the bill. Ended up eating here for lunch and dinner, food is generally quite delicious, however many of the dishes are not available during our stay, which is dissapointing ( no praws/insufficient vege/soup only left 1 portion) Overall I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5, definitely not a 5 stars hotel by any means ( the service level is poor when you can't even get the hotel service line to pickup the calls(always engaged as well). PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR STAFFS PUT ON THE MASK PROPERLY, NOT WITH MASK DOWN THE CHIN LEVEL!

Pleasant experience 💯 Just a few minutes for the process of check-in & check-out, maybe my trip was on weekday, so there’s no crowd. One of my room was interconneting-room, which connected to the other guest; I can hear clearly the noises they made. The other room was better. I love how they put the sink couter outside from the bathroom, different kind of style/interior compared to Zenith Kuantan. Should add more choices of food for breakfast @ Sahur.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Front office did not check for vaccination status during check in and did not ask to check in My Sejahtera, can only find it at the lobby entrance but we went to the lobby through the basement carpark. The lift was super slow and crowded. Only manage to get our room at around 7.15pm as the room is not ready. The breakfast was crowded too, no time interval given and no staff to show us to the table, had to go around and find a table for ourselves just like when we go to a mamak shop. The egg station was super duper slow, same person for the 2 days when we had breakfast there. He was wearing a cloth mask on the 1st day of our breakfast there, which is not proper as you are handling food and there are a lot of guests. Housekeeping staff knock our room at around 10am and we told them to come back after 11am as we are going out, but when we came back at about 5pm, our room was still not cleaned. It is such a waste and disappointment for a good hotel to not give attention to details like this.
