A truly wonderful hotel. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. I would have liked face flannels to be available and did not see a waste bin. Minor things. It was my husbands birthday and the staff had decorated our bed with flowers and this carried on...

This hotel oozes luxury. The entire hotel, rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and immaculate. The staff are so friendly and helpful - we really enjoyed meeting everyone. We were given some great advice for things to do and where to eat in Penang. Breakfast is delicious, I tried the roti canai and french toast and would definitely recommend...

Two friends had spotted this beautiful hotel and restaurant while walking round the town. As an evening destination it was truly memorable for the originality of the Nonya menu, the great service and the timeless atmosphere. Big recommend.

This 7 day stay was my second - a return trip because I loved it so much 2 years ago - and I knew I could recharge after an himalayan adventure. The surroundings are restrained luxury and the service was superb - I did not have to ask for a thing and my needs seemed to be anticipated. The room...

We stayed at seven terraces in the Argus apartment for 4 days and loved it. The location is great, the breakfasts are delicious and the service probably by Robert, Jane and Wendy couldn't be faulted. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay in Penang!

My wife and I stayed at the Seven Terraces mid April 2016 and overall we were happy with the hotel. We were given an upgrade on arrival to the Argyle Suite, which was a unique experience, with two levels with two balconies. The fit out of the room and the hotel is unique and very tastefully done , capturing the...

A place to dine with the Peranakan ambience. A chance to view how the Babas of old used to live. It is like going back many decades. The food served is definitely authentic nyonya. Staff very friendly

Im currently staying at this place. It's 12:50am right now. I'm getting attacked by mosquitoes. The repellent they have in the room is inaffective. The wooden doors and windows are creeking from the wind and rain. Sounds like the rain is coming into the bathroom. It's going to be a long night. Should have gone for E&O or G hotel....

Dear Kenneth C, We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy you stay with us at Seven Terraces. Our building is a heritage building but it is insulated to limit the noise and to prevent any rain coming in to our rooms. We are sorry there were mosquitoes in your room and our electronic repellents usually do...
