Stayed for 2 nights in George Town. A great location close to both night life and restaurants. Very quiet and friendly staff. Would stay again. The complimentary breakfast was great, as was afternoon tea.

A beautifully conserved heritage premise with excellent service and tea time snacks to boot. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished with old world charm. The premise was picturesque and a pleasure to explore. And coming back at 3pm for tea, after a day of walking about Georgetown was indeed a wise choice. My only regret is we stayed only...

We stayed at the Muntri suites, "Blue House". Located in the heritage district. It is a beautiful large, stylish shop house. 2 well sized double bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room, each with nice bathrooms with good showers. The house is tastefully decorated with plenty of sofas and lounging areas on ground and first floor. (Both with tea and coffee...

My friends and I stayed in the Muntri suites, which is located around the corner from the main hotel. What we actually had was a whole town house all to ourselves! There was five of us, but it could easily accommodate more. It had huge living areas and a good kitchen, so if you wanted to self cater you could....

Beautifully finished and clean rooms. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Close to attractions and bars for an evening but still quiet in the rooms. Easy to travel to from the airport via the rapid public bus. Peaceful garden courtyard is perfect for afternoon tea. Would stay again.

A quirky and very quaint little boutique hotel. The decor was unique and bohemian. They provided a free afternoon tea of local nibbles. A laid-back breakfast is served in the eatery next door and was delicious. The bedroom had a wow factor, and was extremely comfortable, opening onto a large communal seating area where you could make coffee or simply...

Wonderful nostalgic feel and customer service was wonderful. Great location amongst all the cafes and restaurants. My only gripe would be lack of international ports in room to charge devices from US. Highly recommend this place. The big friendly fella at reception made our stay awesome. Also would be nice to have small gym and pool...

We spent 5 very enjoyable nights at 23 Love Lane and can't recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent, the reception staff super helpful and friendly, great ambience, cool decorations and artwork, breakfast adequate and they provide a complimentary afternoon tea each day. My only negative is that the plumbing was a bit average in the showers but what...

Small boutique hotel right in the heart of the nightlife of Penang, but also walking distance central to everything. Oldie worldy funky with great artwork on walls, our room a little small. Would have been nice to have had (even a plunge) pool. 101 bus stops on Chulia at end of Love Lane that goes to north beaches for only...

I stayed here for 2N3D in Jan 2016, with my family. Conclusively, it's the worst of worst trip i've ever had. I can say confidently the service of staffs is really good. They were very kind, loyal and showed me doing their best. However, the environments couldn't be worse. I hadn't slept all through the night at all. I was suffered...
