We had a pleasant stay at the Island Hotel. The room was clean, the service was average and everything worked (A/C, shower, etc.) except for the internet in the rooms. Only the staff does not speak very good English - they want to be helpful but hardly are indeed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time there and on Pulau Pangkor.

We opted for the 2 room apartment which was more expensive than 2 separate rooms but had the added benefit of a lounge/dining area. One room was quite small with a queen size bed but the other was very big and spacious with one double and one single bed & en suite bathroom. The lounge has a large flatscreen TV,...

Just a short walk from the ferry terminal and in the centre of town this is a great place to stay. They had a water fountain in the reception that gave cold and boiling water which was good as we had our own coffee. So we sat outside and watched the world go by. We did have a problem with...

It's hard to rate the property, as I found that Pangkor Island is lacking of a decent accommodation. Location: Very near to jetty. It's about 350m away from jetty. You can easily see the building after you left from the jetty. Just look for Wisma 陈三民. It is a 3 storey shop lot, quite new, < 5 years. Staff: Very...

Good location, just stone throw away from jetty and town.. Good dried sea products shopping at the town. From hotel turn left walk about 5-10 mins there is a "food court" with a few stalls during night time. Can opt to rent bicycle or motor from the hotel at reasonable price. But the bicycle quite old do check the brake...

About 5-7 minutes away from the jetty. Mini mart located a few doors away. The place n room is clean, though small as we were left with the small room for selection. The hotel have motorbike and bicycle for rental. You could even book snorkelling package with them. The beach is also less than 10 mins away (travelling by bike)....

Surrounded by local bars, shops, jetty and temples - it's in the Pangkor Town centre actually. Room and bathroom very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can rent a bike or motorcycle at the hotel. Quit far away from the beaches, at least 2km - but there are cheap taxis. Our room didn't have a window, though there was...

Firstly, you can walk here from the Ferry pier, don't let the taxi drivers convince you that you need a taxi! Good clean hotel, aircon, tv, ensuite and confortable beds. Location is poor, there is only one restaurant next door (good food though). To be fair though, you're likely going to be hiring a moped/bike/car during your stay on the...
