The stay here was OK. Cleanliness was OK. The couch in the room is a little worned down, and not much amenities. But all-in-all a comfortable stay. Nothing really impressive. Probably a good place if you are going for the theme park. Else, the location is quite far from other attractions.

Poor start due to missing me at arrival transfer but hotel made up by giving me a late check out and complimentary departure transfer. Upgraded my room to an executive suite and room was fantastic and room temp was good as well. Staff at hotel was very friendly and very open to my stay. Only feedback was that have to...

This place is just across from the Lost World of Tambun, and I guess the main (only?) reason to stay here is if you want to visit the theme park. Rooms are fine, cleanliness is OK (but not perfect), and staff are very polite/helpful. As previous reviewers have pointed out, there is no pool and no restaurant - both are...

The hotel is ok, neither amazing neither bad. Room and bathroom are clean and nice. No facility but sunway lost world of tambun is just across the street. Breakfast area is also accross the street. The buffet has a wide choice but quality is not so good. Hotel provides free entrance to the park at night to enjoy the hot...

We were very tired after long journey and was told we can check in after 12. Communication wasn't clear and we ended up wasting an hour waiting to check in just to be told we can only check in at 3. Promised to be called once room is ready but they never freaking call me even after 3pm. Ended up...

We were given a choice for room upgrade with additional price since we came early to the hotel and our booked room were not ready yet. Well, I don't have any complaint if we check-in at 3pm. But since the front desk officer took initiatives and given me a choice, I took the option for room upgrade and able to...

The room is clean and the bedsheet and comforter is really smooth and soft. The hotel staff is extra friendly and service is excellent. Food is alright though not excellent. A one night stay is sufficient to enjoy the theme park.
