Really awesome service by all staffs. Very beautiful water villa and awesome facilities too. To us the breakfast is ok as it's not much variery cos it's a la carte breakfast menu plus mini buffet. Had our early dinner and supper on the first night as we lazy to go out. The food taste ok and pricey if compared eating...

My extended family and I (12 Persons, including my 89 year old mother) stayed at the Banjaran Retreat in December. The "house and grounds" were excellent. But what was very special was how well the staff treated my mum. Buggies came instantly to bring her to the restaurant and to various parts of the Resort (eg caves, spa, pool). Staff followed...

Just stunning. The most relaxing and fantastic stay ever. We will for sure be back. Not one bad point. We did the jungle walk, had dinner at Jeff's Cellar and everywhere we meet just friendly and helpful staff. We loved the hotel integrated so well into Nature and the quiet areas around the whole place. Food was excellent and staff...

First time was too short a visit, 3 days 2 nights so this time around it was a 4 days 3 nights stay. Reservation was done through the hotel website. The only option that popped up was a garden villa, which was fine because that was the villa we wanted. It did not come with breakfast which was not a...

My husband & I decided on a 2 nights short trip to chill out after Xmas. The first impression was good with the serene surrounding. We stayed in Villa 6, it's spacious with full privacy. Until we heard the construction noise the next morning at 8am! It's not super loud but 8am, it's quite disturbing especially when you have paid...
