We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasion and it was a pleasant stay. We found that there was no house slippers and laundry bags. Also this time we found that the 3 bath towels was filled with strong body odor. We asked for replacement of the 3 towels immediately but the replacement towels did not smell fresh. The single bed also could also smell the body odor but not as strong. The best compliment would be the closeness to KSL Mall.

Having stayed at this hotel twice before, we thought we would spoil ourself to an upgraded room and as we wanted a separate bath and shower, we thought this would be lovely. The floor was supposed to be non smoking, however on the third night of our 11 night stay, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room. It was coming in from next door. I am an asthmatic and my wife was undergoing medical treatment so I did let staff know. The next three days we had the same which was so disappointing and I think if people are to do this, they should be evicted and fined. Room was always meticulously clean and bed linen was always changed for us due to my wife’s illness. We love this hotel and although it is an older establishment, we really appreciate the professionalism of the staff. I would have given five stars, but the smoke literally killed us!

Some small but irritating things made the trip not ideal if we look strictly at the hotel. The plus point is mainly it's location. If you are willing to pay for that alone, go for it. Personally Holiday Villa next door may be worth a try for me next time.
Rooms: nothing to shout about, basic but it works. Lift: you need an access card but it's only on the left or right side of the lift, causing everyone to cluster at one side and block the entrance of others. The lift also closes quickly and without warning - you would have to sacrifice a hand to keep it open as it wouldn't respond to anything else. Tower 2: was clearly built as an after thought and the lift lobby location is in a tiny and hard to reach corner of KSL.
Underwhelming stay and 3 stars is just about right, just doesn't feel right calling this a 4 star hotel (or one deserving a 4 star rating) even though it does seem popular with Singaporeans.

I stay here for a night room 1317 non smoking room for work. Compliments to Ana for the swift check in and she was very smiley and positive which makes my stay even more better at the start. Room has a mild cigarette smell so I just left it with the air conditioning on to circulate it as was heading out shortly. Excellent location which I can’t denied that. The only negative thing was this hotel doesn’t provide slippers and bathrobe but it was fine as it is for a night. Middle of the night, I went to toilet and found 3 small cockroaches from the edge of the bed and kill it. I did not want to make a big fuss about it as I am sure the hotel wouldn’t want this to happen as well same time was tired and continue my sleep. I would recommend this hotel as the the location is excellent and I really hoped the management and housekeeping would look into this matter and cleaning procedures and make sure it doesn’t happen again to any future guest as consequences would be very severed.

I stayed in this hotel in January for 3 nights. It has large clean rooms and friendly staff. The business centre arranged a car to take us to Legoland and back over 2 days for an affordable price. There is a large pool and the pool bar serves great food and cocktails that are very cheap. There is a very small water park attached to the pool with slides and dinosaurs which you can access for 10 Malaysian Ringgit.
The great thing about this hotel is that you walk out of the hotel directly into a shopping centre which I really liked and there plenty of choices for food. It doesn’t open until 10am so it’s better to book breakfast at the hotel. The hotel breakfast is okay, there is plenty of choice and I loved the pancakes. I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely recommend it if you’re planning a trip to Legoland.

Despite all the awesome bells and whistles of this hotel, it's unfortunate that this hotel has extremely slow internet/wifi service. I was only able to access internet on my lap top by tethering it to my phone (and outside services). So if you are looking for a digital detox this place is perfect. If you plan on doing any extensive work on a laptop you may want to choose another hotel. I came here specifically to get some online work done in a quiet relaxed environment, so the internet discovery was a huge disappointment for me and very frustrating. I did ask the hotel to simply reboot the router which just happened to be outside my door, but I was told by management only IT was allowed to do that. Ms. A, who claimed to be the manager recommended I just use my phone for any internet access, because 'everyone else does'. Perhaps if she had showed even an inkling of empathy towards my frustration, it would have been a better customer service response. Unfortunately, she seemed not to possess those types of skills and in fact was quite curt with me. I have never had a hotel not honor a small request to simply reboot a router (in case that is a quick fix). It really takes so little to at least pretend you care or pretend you will try to do something, but this hotel 'management' could not be bothered. Property is awesome otherwise.

Visited this hotel with my mum and my 6 yrs old kid. We stayed in a triple room with Breakfast included. Reception counter’s staff was friendly and polite. Room was without bathroom mat and I’m requested from the hotel room’s cleaners, they told me don’t have bathroom mat 😳 never stayed in a hotel without bathroom mat and the floor was wet after shower. Restaurant’s staff didn’t wear mask properly, few of them were wearing the mask below the chin which included the kitchen staff. I also noted there were 2 on duty Chef were not mask on at all!! They called themselves as a 5 stars hotel in Facebook 🫣 Will not return to this hotel anymore

Extremely run down hotel, definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
1. Upon check in, toilet was not even flushed and it leave a terrible pee odour that lingered throughout our 3d2n stay 2. Long wait for the lifts 3. Dilapidated condition: peeling wallpaper, broken sun chairs, bath towels are so worn out it had huge holes, toilet extremely mouldy (I don’t even know how can a shower hose have so much mould on it) 4. Thin walls, you can hear everything next door and on top of you, literally a 360 degree surround sound system 5. Housekeeping has really strict rules, only 2 towels per room and they don’t even provide swimming towels which is weird considering it is a pool resort
For the price they are charging, there are much better hotels out there. What a pity given their extremely prime location. I would stay somewhere further and grab to KSL insteadl. 100/10 will not recommend!

Room condition is not worth the price, aircond not functioning while toilet is slimy and clogged. We notified front desk, action was taken but the reason given due to the aircon not cooling is because the curtain which were supposed to open to allow sunlight to the room making it hotter. It is even warm at night, temperature fluctuating warm and cool. The most frustrating situation is when we approached the front desk to request for change of room but were turned down because of high occupancy. Issues were raised after we stayed the first night and again after the second night. We have 3 more nights to go.
The other misleading info which we realized after we reached this hotel is the pool claimed as theme park which they charge rm20 per head for kids and price go higher for adults per head for hotel guests.
Hotel towels are very seasoned, shower area are not cleaned thoroughly after each cleaning. We can still feel the slime under the feet and wall.

A decent hotel room, it is showing its age though and needs a bit of TLC, the shower room gets flooded (not going to see what's clogging it), the wallpaper is peeling, and I had a drawer that was bent forward and keep opening.
The biggest selling point of this hotel is being attached to a shopping center, which means most of your needs are met. I would actually recommend getting food from outside the shopping center, i find the prices slight better there.
there are some points i wanted to bring up. 1. they left me a used shampoo and shower gel 2. they ignore DND signs, doesn't matter if you turn on DND, they WILL still come in to clean your room 3. Walls are thin, especially if you got a connecting room and there is a family with kids next door. 4. The programming on the evaluators sucks! they don't open or move even if there is a hell of a long queue in the lobby for them. coming down is better, but going up is bad, if u get back during the peak timing (after dinner time, 8 to 10pm and during check in time 2 to 3 pm),
Overall, sleep was decent (i don't sleep early, people were coming back past midnight if u are a light sleeper, try to get at the end), water pressure and the temperature were fine, had a good shower (i brought my own toiletries), air conditional was cold enough.
