I stayed at this hotels for 3 nights. When I arrived was fairly happy with what I saw. However, by the second night, more thoughts were very different, so here's some suggestions hotel manager; 1. You need to resolve the issue of cigarette smoke coming though the air con vents, I don't smoke and it gave me a see throat....

Stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway in JB. Pros: Rooms seems to have been renovated recently and were very clean. The beds were comfortable and it would be a nice room to stay in during a lazy weekeend. Staff were nice and helpful during our stay! Cons: Unfortunately not a fan of their breakfast. Selection was pretty...

Stayed there 5 nights at deluxe room. Room is spacious but very dusty. Very dissapointed with the food at the coffee house. 1. Ordered bolognese. ....very dry and tasteless. 2. Food presentation is poor. 3. The soto johor was served with old shredded fried chicken. 4. The buffet breakfast is with the same variety every morning. 5. Sze chuan chicken...

My 3rd time staying at the hotel, deluxe king room. Previously also choosing the same type of room, however, this is round was given slightly bigger room. Room seems like newly renovated and better. More non smoking room, previously only 15th & 16th floor. Now extend to 20th floor. Enjoy the stay.

We got 2 super single comfy bed. Wifi was slow almost no connection at 3am. Breakfast spread was not too bad. Free parking for guest. Overall could have been better if well maintained specially the toilet.

Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Taman Abad/Century. Takes about 5 minutes to walk to KSL mall which is located about 500m away. The Cedar Point Food centre is just behind the hotel and other popular eateries are well within 10 minutes of walk. The weekly held pasar malam (night market on Monday only) is just along the...

Spent countdown in the hotel. I booked a room with a king-sized bed, but was told upon check-in that they only had room with double beds. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, and the bed was firm and clean. The toilet was clean, and I liked that the counter-top was very spacious. However,...

Have spend a 2 nights /3 days stay at the hotel. Book online from the hotel portal for a room which I had indicated for 2 adults and 1 children. However the breakfast included is only for 2 people. BTW the buffet breakfast served is on average and personally feel not worth to pay for the breakfast. I had stayed...

Nice and pleasant place to stay. Hotel was very grand and lobby was spacious. Check in was smooth except the card didnt work the first time we got in. Toilet layout not maximised and the tap water was yellowish. Swimming pool offer nice view but was very, very small. Felt cramped when 2-3 family started swimming at one time. There...
