Got 2 connecting room (twin deluxe) for room 2005 and 2006. Room 2005 does not work. Room allow 2 kids under 12 stay for free but breakfast chargeable for about 5/6 years (forgot the cutoff age).

Room 2005 aircon was not working even after technical came so room 2005 was chang to room 2016.

The view from 2005 and 2006 was nice. Since each room was 2 adults and 2 kids, they only allow up to 3rd person towel/hand towel, no 4th towel, but can exchange.

Mineral water is 3 RM per bottle for the 3rd bottle onwards.

Can see efforts was placed to maintain cleanliness. But as the hotel aged, they are some wear and tear, can see from photo.

Also the window look dusty and sticky outside. One of the bedsheet in room 2006 got shoe foot print stain, bedsheet was changed upon request.

Ask for room cleaning in the morning. Came back evening, nothing was done. However after a call, hotel staff came with all their items replenished(towel, bottle water, toilet roll etc. I suspected maybe hotel staff communication issue. All different nationality from locals to nepali staff.

There is tourist tax 10 RM per night per room understandable.

No sound proof. Do not stay at high floors as the lounge blasts music throughout the night causing noise pollution. Reception is non existent, no one picks up the phone. Room is old, the clealiness is not the standard of a four star hotel

5mins drive away from JB customs. Fuss free and quick check in. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room (deluxe twin room) was clean and decent size. Room was dark and seemed to need more lighting. Water pressure for toilet bowl and shower head were insufficient. Could do something about it. Ample parking spaces. Seems safe. Need to validate parking ticket everytime leaving hotel.

Overall, decent hotel stay for a last minute weekend booking at around $70 sgd.

Overall, its recommended. The location is just a few minutes walk from KSL. The room is value for money as its relatively big, with a bathtub for S$60/night on a weekend. Nowhere near the atas type though but u get what u pay for. Pool is smaller than it looks. Views from room are great.

This place has many flickering lights in the rooms ,stuff like air con is dripping and other things do not work. They even said to buy water bottles from the “cafe ” when asked. Next, the food was very bad. Every time I ate it, I has a bad stomach ache. The windows were very dirty and the television did not pick up the channels well. Either at a low resolution, showing lines which makes it hard to see, no audio or saying no signal. The TV also gives very bad resolution when plugging in HDMI or gives very washed out (weak) colours

Check-in process is smooth with full LQA standard by Pawi (Bayithran). We requested to be same floor with our family member, although the hotel is full but he did his best to accommodate our request and arrange side by side. Thank you so much!

Although the facilities in the room is old, but the cleanliness of the room really amazed me, thanks to Housekeeping Team who did the great job!

If really need to comment, the lighting the room is too dark, suggest to change all the yellow light to warm white then will be perfect.

There is convenience store at the lobby. Short distance to KSL mall. Definitely will be back again!

The hotel is in town. It is quite a large hotel with 26 floors. We had a family room suite to sleep 4 pax. It had two bedrooms a large sitting area and one bathroom. Each of the rooms had a separate flat TVs. The rooms have dim lighting. They have a bath tub in the bathroom apart from the showering cubicle.
The buffet breakfast is good and service is quite the average.
