Simply love the suite that we stayed (stayed a few times already), the King size bed can simply accommodate 3 of us with plenty of extra space,unlike our previous stay in some other suites. The bed is comfortable and excellent as I have backache issue. The suites come with a well equipped kitchenette which we can comfortably enjoy our meals, either by ordering grab food or pick-up. Best of all, the hotel provides DIY laundry service with detergent provided, which is so convenient. Visited the well equipped gym twice during my 4 nights stay, managed to burn off some calories that I have accumulated munching on pastries and BBQ stuff, don't feel so guilty after all. Overall, it is great staying in this luxurious hotel.

This is my first time staying at Capri and happy that I made the right choice. The location was far from the place I wanted to visit. Overall happy with the cleanliness of the property including the room. Room size to me its big and facilities in the room are great. Bathroom is big and I like the way the soap, shampoo and conditioner is being placed in the shower area, no need to squeeze that little tiny tube. The hotel environment is quiet but they have many staff assisting us when we need help and they are always smiling. I was there only for one night and hope to be able to stay there again on my next visit.

The hotel lobby is excellent it looks like how a 5 star hotel would, the lift is excellent so are the hallways, first impression of the room is great however once you actually spend time in the room you can notice that the cleanliness is almost close to zero, the carpet was dirty like they never vacuumed it, the comforter covers had stains on them, the bathrobes did not smell or look fresh, and the worst part of the room is the bathroom and shower area the bathroom has a very weird smell as you enter it and the toilet floors are dirty as you can see in the photos I have uploaded all the grout lines are filled with mould and dirt and scum, the toilet floor and walls seem like they have never been scrubbed. The shower area is the worst part all the walls and the floor is filled with dirt and mould and scum, the grout lines are all dirty and causes the bathroom to smell and you can literally see stains of dirt in the shower wall that shows the shower has probably not even washed or even scrubbed for months, this is the only reason I have a 3 star review, for a 4 star hotel I really didn’t think that the hotel would lack in the cleanliness department however I could not have been more wrong, the bathroom really put me off and I’ll never book this hotel again because of this. Also the parking is very confusing you have to make at least 30 different turns on the same floor to get to the parking area and once you get there they have a limited parking slots for hotel guests and once those fill up you have to park in visitor lots in basement 2 or 3. The hotel is located near one of the entrances to jb customs and this entrance during peak hour Is jammed up to the brim and you can’t take one of the road in otherwise you’ll get stuck for hours with those cars going back into Singapore you have to take jalan Jim quee way to get to the hotel Take the first exit after the round about on the left you will have to face the jam at the pick up area but it’s moving jam better than the one on the other side of the road. The breakfast is good and keeps getting topped up every minute the floor was busy with the staff and managers as well, all the managers were very hands on and also doing the work apart from supervising all the other staff. The pool is on the small side with the view of the jb immigration building. Having said all that if you’re looking for a centralised location on a weekday I would suggest this hotel.

Room was clean and spacious. Really glad that they collaborated with Malin+Goetz herb-related toiletries. Always felt better after using the toiletries.
One-way bus shuttle from hotel to nearby malls is available but only upon request as there are not so many guests taking the bus. Remember to ask the staff at the stipulated timings, instead of waiting at lobby for the bus to appear.
Location is far from shopping malls and other tourist hot spots, so do consider the costs of using Grab when booking.
Lastly, we did not receive a warm welcome from the receptionist, which tainted the start of our stay slightly. She was perfunctory and slightly distant, while the male staff were friendlier.

Capri is one of the best hotels in JB, i stay here often about once a month (everytime we went jb for short weekend gateway). The kids loves it, it’s super clean, it’s big and their breakfast very nice too.
Location wise is very near to the custom, however not advisable for walking cos the road is not for walking path... it’s like a small highway which i think not so convenient if u walk. BUT the hotel provides regular shuttle to jb city square.... it’s great facilities.
Will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel for a great weekend family or couple gateaway!!

I would have given better rating if it's not because of cleanliness of the room. The room is okay, decent size for Apartotel - however weird layout for Deluxe 1 Bedroom (which I made a wrong booking myself). Booked Executive 1 BR for wrong dates (which I've called Expedia and even drop a message to the hotel and getting no response). You may send me a private message here to follow up.
Nevertheless we still book ahead with correct dates. I have allergies to dust and the rooms can be well notice with dust. There's even bugs too. After check in, with my usual spot checks as a hotel reviewer, the basins are not properly drained (both bathroom and kitchen) which leads to the bugs in the unit. Also to mention were the cleaning scrub at the kitchen which is "reusable". I've stay in multiple apartotels and most of them uses new scrubbers for each new guest check in. The hotel bedsheets were also on the rough side, not any close hotel quality sheets.
Hope the management could look into my previous booking. Getting no response isn't a way to resolve issues.

Stayed in this hotel for my birthday celebration and they kindly upgraded my room and arranged some birthday decor. Much appreciated!
The 1 bedroom apartment was well apportioned with a kitchenette, living room, big bathroom and separate bedroom with its own TV. The apartment is relatively new with an extra large king size bed which is very comfortable. It has all the fittings and amenities to meet your basic needs.
Breakfast was of decent quality but would be good if there are more variety of food to choose from.
Only minor area of improvement is the cleanliness of the room can be improved as the bathtub was not very clean and floor is a bit dusty. Also, you might be stuck in the traffic towards the customs on Saturday and Sundays as the road to this hotel is very close to the CIQ.
Thank you to the front desk lady (sorry I didn't get your name) who agreed to help me change to a room with bathtub as my kids were looking forward to showering in the bathtub.

Currently staying in this hotel for 1 night in a club room. Initially, I thought the club lounge access was worth the money, how wrong I was! The lounge serves basic alcohol from 5:30-7:30 with awful quality food! No sugar free soda alternatives here!
The room itself impressed initially. However, there was a very loud party happening on the club lounge level (2 floors above my room) and it was ongoing post midnight. Normally I wouldn't care, but it was really loud! I called reception twice to see when it might end, both times I was promised that they would return my call, they never did.

👎🏻 1) The breakfast spread service closes at 0955, where the crew removes all the available food and beverage from the serving shelves. The lights in the restaurant also were turning off that time. Leaving remaining patrons dining in the dark
2) Confusing designated car park bays for the Capri guests.
3) Quite a drive from the entrance to the Capri guest's designated car parking bays.
4) Creepy and quiet basement car park lifts. One seems to be out of order.
5) Housekeeping crew, requires more training. Unable to handle request from guests. Requested guests to wait until the housekeeping crew is available to attend to request.
6) The kitchen cabinet layout is not designed by someone who lives in a small apartment. The cutleries are placed on the lowest shelf, with the pots and pans at a hidden corner, which is hard to reach.
7) No drying cloth for plate, cutleries, after wash.
8) No washing machine in the unit, unlike Capri at other locations.
9) Not exactly centrally located. Quite be quite far to walk to nearest food outlet or malls.
10) No EV charging facility.
👍🏻 1) Front office colleague En Nor was quick to attend to issues raised. Bravo.
2) Most issues resolved on the spot by En Nor and his team.
3) Reasonably quiet gymnasium, with equipments for workout as well as floor mats for floor exercises.
4) Fast lift services.
5) Reasonable prices for food and beverage charged at Capri.

This will be the most strategic hotel if you plan to cross Singapore border. It very close to City Square. I love the amenities prepared and layout of the suite. I love the rain shower. The packed breakfast prepared is tasty, well balanced and packed nicely. Staffs are friendly.
Two things I am not OK with are the parking location for is quite confusing and the gaps in between glass door in the shower caused the toilet to be flooded after long shower.
