Its next to Amari hotel, so its conveniently located next to the johor bahru custom. So location wise is fantastic for eating and shopping. Loved the fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and television channel with strong network. The service was good, owner was fast to respond to our question on how to retrieve access card. Its a big apartment with a living room and dining area. So my baby enjoyed exploring the place compared to the smaller hotel room. Cons: The housekeeping can be better. Common bathroom floor looks dirty, the master bedroom bed had hair on the bed. There were also no toilet paper, or toothbrush or toothpaste provided, so you have to bring your own. We found towels in the washing machine still when we check-in, not sure how long they have been there so we didn't dare to use the towels provided. Toiletries were also all open and used by other guests before. There was a strong mildew or mouldy smell from the master bedroom toilet. So if you are not particular about the housekeeping portion, the place is very modern, stylishly decorated and fully equipped enough for me to cook all meals for my baby.

Suasana Suites exceeded my expectation.. The room is very clean with complete amenities such as toiletries, slippers and bathrobes no need to request. They also have microwave where you can reheat your food and some kitchenwear like pans, utensils and a induction cooker, toaster and electric kettle. But no plates to use. We used the gym and its impressive, clean and with a lot of exercise machines and equipment to use. The pool is quite small good for kids. The bathroom hot water is not working properly. The hair dryer difficult to use.
The hotel is very convenient, near to the restaurants, bars, shopping mall and custom. But is expensive compared in other hotels.

The place is clean but not properly maintained. The wifi is down and the tv doesn’t work. When i informed the owner, owner replied me “ok” for wifi down and take it that I am too ignorant to on the tv using a remote! Luckily we stayed only for a night. Don’t even have the mood to take any pictures. Have to endure the whole night with the sound of construction going on beside the building. The location is perfect to visit City Square and Komtar Shopping Mall.

Took two rooms 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom suitable for families with children you have the option of 1,2 or 3 bedroom suite. Very spacious with fridge, utensils, simple electric hob, kettle etc.. bathroom huge with separate bath.. check in was ok.. good facilities.. town centre location..7 eleven convenience store near lobby..and hotel is value for money..

wow the rooms are so good and the Single rooms are really wonderful equipped. The swimming pools is also quite good and the breakfast should be arranged with the rooms not paying the difference from the rooms that should be included. We were the first clients when it was opened as we live in Johor.

We booked 2 bedroom suites. Check in was quit hassle, the reception was not friendly at all. The room aircon is not cool when we realise we called the management. But to our surprise, they only said. There's no one working right now, its about 11 pm. I mean, you said the apartment is fully booked yet there's no one on standby to accommodate for these kinds of problems? They only came with a fan an hour later.
Cleanliness can be better. The floor is quite dusty.
Book a hotel, its better.

Perfect day at Johor Bahru, loved it at its best.. we enjoyed the breakfast although there was some less hygiene issues. However we loved our room with all AVENGERS all the way, So many options of restaurants in the mall opposite to the hotel, 24/7 supermarket in your need. Loved the Night markets and very clean room!! Great service overall.

Clean & comfortable place to stay. Near to shopping malls (Komtar, etc) and eateries. Room/suites are of condo facilities & comfortable. Great view of the Woodlands gateway & walking distance to the "old JB town" area for makan2.
Words of caution - There are basically two (02) type of management that manages the booking, administration & maintenance. There's the Suasana Suites Management and the Subhome management and guests are service & managed differently. As such, be very of your booking methods in order to to mess up your booking/stay.

Stay was comfortable. Very near to City Square. Around 5 mins walk. However floor was sticky and we had to wear bedroom slippers. Had sewage smell in the master bedroom as well. Wifi is only limited to 1 or 2 users at a time.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and enjoyed our stay in the apartment tremendously. The rooms were well appointed, one bedroom was ensuite and the other bedroom had a shower/toilet just outside of the bedroom. The apartment was well maintained. Parking was provided for your vehicle in a secure parking area. Location was opposite Komtar and City Square Malls. Actually, you could walk to the apartment from CIQ or when you exit Immigration. Restaurants abound the apartment. There was a catholic church within a 10 minute walking distance. Check-in was without issues. Whilst there is a swimming pool on Level 33, do note that separate pool towels were not provided by the apartment.
