A beautiful hotel in a great location but the service is very average. The free wifi hardly ever worked. The staff seemed confused by very basic requests. They were friendly but I would expect better at this price.

Byblos Sur Mer best in location among others, taking the breakfast- humble but clean & delicious though- in the hotel resturant & looking to Mediterranean beaches, is something words can't describe. In general staff are so welcoming & very ambitious to support, help & serve....can't forget Yara & Ziad's smile at the front desk, Jad at the restaurant...what a sweet... More

The location of the hotel is adjacent to the old, historical port and its many restaurants. The amenities are what one would expect of a 5-Star Hotel. Excellent service from the moment you enter until you leave. Staff are superb! Food is exceptional! This is a perfect hotel for a romantic getaway.

The hotel is very nice located and offers a beautiful view over the sea, unfortunately there is a street just in front the hotel which can be some time a pretty noisy. The rooms are nice and well maintained and the staff is friendly, they just do not have enough english knowledge therefore sometime the communication can be pretty hard.

We stayed here last weekend! I was impressed by this hotel: decoration, location, food, rooms, view, staff.. Everything was almost perfect! I highly recommend it. Don't forget the walk to the ruins and the old souk and if it is warm enough to go into the water and swim before eating a yumii fish in their summer restaurant.

I booked into a junior suite with port view for four days and really wanted to love it because the room was beautiful and had a stunning view of the port. Some of the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately some weren't. In a hotel that presents itself as a luxury option, the service is far below... More

I really like the location and facilities in this hotel but once again i was really disappointed with the valet parking of the hotel, it is really sad why an excellent facility employ such unprofessional valet parking people that left us leave the place annoyed and unsatisfied. A great hotel to relax and to spend romantic times. Spacious, well equipped room with beautiful balcony looking over Byblos old port. Amazing seafood restaurants and touristic locations are just around the corner. A little comment: I expected more for the breakfast, BUT still it was an amazing stay and really recommended.

Spent a night there. It is a real 5 star hotel with all its meaning. Staff very welcoming rooms are spacious. I was upgraded to an amazing Junior Suite which I strongly recommend overlooking the port. Breakfast is typical Lebanese with an occidental twist. Overall wonderful experience!!! I definitely recommend this hotel.
