Complimentary airport pick-up, central location, friendly and helpful staff, room cleaned every day, wi-fi, bath robes and slippers provided along with standard amenities you'd find in a much more expensive hotel.

Some friends and I used it as a base to go to some ski resorts and explore the city and I highly recommend this hotel. They provided free transport to and from the airport because we were staying for 4 nights. It didn't look like much from the outside but once you go up the stairs, you find yourself in...

We went to Almaty over the weekend to watch some of the Universiade events, and stayed at the D'Rami. The hotel is in a renovated Soviet era apartment block - the entrance is from the courtyard, not off the street, but is well marked and easy to find. Our flight from Astana arrived quite late but there was no problem...

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel on the New Year eve, we even extended our visit for one more day, because we liked it so much! We also received complementary bottle of champagne and chocolate for NY celebration from very friendly hotel staff. Lovely and cozy room, designed very well, equipped with all necessary things. You can order breakfast...

Clean and well-equipped room. Tea and coffee made for you on request by reception staff. Good English spoken, helpful and obliging staff. The only drawback to this place is that it is up several flights of stairs (no lift), and the stairwell is dingy and unwelcoming.

Stayed 3 nights....offer of free airport transport. Located very centrally and close to metro if need be. The hotel is inside an apartment bloc and requires a swipe fob to access I didn't have the breakfast but there are a number of nearby cafes which are open from 8am. The Stolichy 24 supermarket is also next door. Comfortable room. Would...

We stayed here for two nights in a twin room with ensuite for US$150 total. There is cheaper but this was worth the extra. The room was great although not large and the bathroom was very modern with a strong hot shower. (Best on our travels over the past month). The young manager was always helpful and booked taxis for...

A lovely local couple runs this boutique hotel. Very grateful for their warm hospitality. They helped us arrange drivers, day trips, and airport transfers. This hotel is such great value. It is 7 rooms, located on the third floor of a quiet residential building. Our group booked 3 different kinds of rooms: a double room with a bathroom, a double...

It was our last night in Central Asia and we decided to splurge a little. Am so glad we booked this as it was just the perfect end to our trip! Ok, so there is no lifts and hotel is on 3rd floor, but everything was beautifully refurbished on the top floor. Staff was very very helpful in giving us...

My cousin and I stayed there in July for 2 nights. The ho(s)tel is located in a thick-walled soviet style apartment building in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to metro and bus stops. Staff (the 2 receptionist boys we had) are very professional and nice, always willing to help. Facilities are well maintained, only that there is no rack to...
