The hotel, part of the JV railway chain, is in a pleasant central location. The standard rooms are small but well appointed and presented. They seem well insulated, with no disturbance from outside noise. The buffet supper was really excellent and the staff, led by a friendly Frenchman long resident in Japan, very helpful. We arrived at the hotel 30...

We stayed here for three nights. Very comfortable room. Good size. I would recommend not eating the breakfast buffet - better and cheaper options nearby. Best thing was the location above the train station and next to the bus station. Also right in the centre of town. We would stay here again

Very good service. Big and spacious compared to many other Japanese hotels. Price is reasonable. It's not the most recently built hotel, but we can see they took good care of it and did not neglect the quality in general. This is perfect for couple, it doesn't look to crowded or noisy. I love the fact that they dim the...

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was okay. As with all hotels in Japan, there's absolutely no chance of you being able to check in early, even if your room's ready. So it's a bit of a downer if you arrive at the hotel at 11 am after 24 hours travelling and no sleep. No ironing facilities in the room....

Absolutely on the rail station - and if you like trains you can look down on the station and the complex of rails. Despite this we had no problem with any rail noises. Perfect location therefore for taking rail trips on the single track system that all link at Tocushima. S There is also a great coach station- enabling us...

As I expected from stays at other Clement Hotels.... very high standard hotel with medium price range. A cut above your business hotel standard, but without the insane high rates of the big five star hotels. Obviously it's a great location being "AT " the JR station (someone said it's ten mins walk there? ??) ..for travel out from Tokushima....

I stayed here while completing the Shikoku Pilgrimage. The hotel is nice, especially the service is very good and the front desk very helpful. My only slight disagreement is that the restaurants (Japanese Style) was not so good but also not awful. I think there are better places to eat in Tokushima City for this price. The barbershop near the...

We stayed there from Saturday to Sunday and we're surprised not to be disturbed by any noise from the station but then, there was only limited traffic. Room had two large beds plus a decent sofa (see fotos ) and included free WiFi and flat screen TV (Japanese channels, only ). Breakfast buffet was huge (both Western and Japanese and...

Nice hotel with friendly, but no english speaking staff. Stayed for 2 nights at the railway side of the hotel. At 04:00 the diesel locks are starting their engines to warm up. If you like trains it's ok but keep your window closed if not. Very good breakfast. Shopping mall in front and many small restaurants around. Behind railway station...

This hotel is ideally located, directly at the bus terminal and railway station, shopping centre in the same building complex, numerous other shops, foodstalls and restaurants nearby. The touristic attractions of Tokushima like the city park can also reasily be reached in a 5-10 min walk. Staff were friendly and efficient and even allowed us an early check in without...
