We travelled with a friend who booked this but we were thrilled with our spacious comfortable double room. The lobby looked a little tired so we were concerned as it wasn’t the cheapest but our room was excellent. Friendly staff, wonderful shower and bath. Very pleased.

While walking the Shikoku Ohenro pilgrimage, we stayed here for three nights. Hotel is about 7 minutes walk from Kochi station, 5 minutes walk from Kochi’s famous Hirome Ichiba where you can sample delicious tataki (seared bonito sashimi) and many other foods at reasonable prices. This hotel costs half as much as other hotels called by the tourist information center. WiFi worked great. 24- hours coin laundry is 2-3 minutes walk away. An inexpensive but delicious yakitori-ya is near the coin laundry.

Right next to Shopping with plenty of food choices. Just 5 min walk to the Kochi Central Park as well. The rooms are impressive with its size and ammenties. Beds are comfortable and the sofa can be converted into another bed. The toiletries are also very good quality given the price. The parking is 2 traffic lights away and 700 yen a day if the parking ticket is endorsed by the hotel. Breakfast if not included is 800 yen which is very reasonable.

We only stayed 1 night but for a business hotel, the double room is bigger than most in the same category...despite the nondescript and decrepit hotel facade. The check in was quick. Luckily I could still park for free. WIFI was good. The bathtub was big enough and soothing for a tired soul. Most important of all is its location. It's just a few steps to the Shopping Street, close to the Hirome market, and Sunday market (though we never got to visit) and also the Kochi castle, all within walking distance. Finally for the price we paid, it's really a steal for such value.

This hotel is situated in a great location. The rooms are clean and are at a good price. Staying at this hotel puts you within walking distance to Hondori, Kochi Castle, the Sunday market and numerous other activities. The staff was very friendly. If you need a room in Kochi, this is the hotel to stay at.
