The hotel is located near the center of activity in Naha, but still very quiet. The view from the hotel is great from the high floor and it has a very nice club lounge. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
On top of all, the staff here is truly hospital and helpful!! They are the stars of this hotel. What I love the most about this hotel is definitely the breakfast and lunch buffet at the restaurant. The seafood fest buffet on Thursday was amazing. The room amenity was very sufficient and I like the welcoming gift of "Chinsuko" that tasted really good. However, the access to the public transportation is bit of unsatisfying as they don't offer any shuttle services to major stations, shopping malls or airport so it would be terrible if it's raining as you may need to walk a little bit if you're not driving by yourself.
If you stay this hotel for relaxing and pleasure, this hotel is not bad taking account of level services rendered by their staff and hardware and the location of this hotel is very nice since it will take a couple of minutes to access "KOKUSAI DORI", one of the main streets for pleasures and eatings. However, this hotel is not well prepared for affording "TELE WORKING" condition.
I’m at the club lounge 5/9/22 at 5pm tokyo and set my bag down to reserve seats for my wife and me and as I was getting some drinks I was surprised to see that someone set down their food at my table and took my seat. I tried to explain to the employee but she simply froze and couldn’t help at all. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I let the gentlemen have my seat even though I was there first. I mean the lounge is busy but that doesn’t mean that people can steal your seat. Disappointed.
This is an excellent facility. Conveniently located to the famous Shopping street. I enjoyed the hospitality of hotel staff. The best thing was, my room was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again!
From check-in to check-out, we were delighted with the customer service and overall quality of the hotel. When we entered the hotel, a staff member greeted us, took us up to the Regency Club and then another staff member served us tea and checked us in. She also recommended a restaurant for the evening that turned out to be wonderful. Two staff members brought us to our room and we were so impressed when the staff member who entered with us took off her shoes outside our door. The room itself was perfect - a small suite, not too big or small, updated, calm, soothing modern Asian interior with a stunning night view of the city and all the modern tech (auto blinds, washlet, abundant outlets, two large tvs, push button controls in shower/tub). Happy Hour and Regency Club lounge amenities were adequate for us, perhaps a bit too crowded but our wonderful staff member led us to a quiet out of the way table. Breakfast was also good and again, everything tastefully decorated. The fitness center was empty with all the necessary machines, whirlpool, outdoor pool, etc. Happy to discover the hotel is next door to the old ceramic making center of Naha with an interesting museum (good English audio guidance) and quaint shops with local pottery. Walking distance to restaurants/shopping on the main street in Naha. Everything was so much better than we had expected, in particular, the service was particularly outstanding - training of staff is excellent!!…
My family and I love coming to this hotel. The club lounge is amazing and has fantastic views of the ocean and the beautiful city of Naha. The food is amazing upstairs on the 18th floor. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
Naha Hyatt Regency is well worth the money. The level of service is always professional and you are always greeted with a smiling face both coming and going. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Naha, Okinawa Japan. The location is great, and it's close to to the monorail.
Location is good, price is good, the room is very clean and spacious as expected. The breakfast is really good . And lastly the staff are really the best in this stay. Theyre so friendly, very attentive, helpful . They do their job very well . Also one thing i like about hyatt they allow you to check in as early like 12 noon as long as the room is ready . Very satisfying as usual . Hyatt regency Naha is excellent.
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel was very pleasant, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the train. Highly recommended. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naha.
